Quality Hotel Luleå

My room was in the basement which I was not looking forward to however, it was huge which certainly helped with my anxiety of no window. I had a very comfortable stay and would stay in that room again.

It was a shame that the leisure facilities were still under construction as this will add great value to the hotel and comfort of any stay especially when the weather :)

Breakfast was fabulous.

That sauna and relax were closed and the offered facility to substitute this was also closed.

Good location in Lulea. Room was comfy and clean. Good breakfast set up with lots of options.

Was building work going on making parking nearby limited

They were under going renovations which started at 7am however, this is temporary and would not affect me staying again as the hotel overall was great

Construction works going in hotel, no access to spa advertised and power tools being used from 7:1am5 and after 8pm each day. Made it very hard to sleep. Won't be back here

Clean & comfortable

Breakfast. Cooked food not hot & served on cold plates. Would have been excellent otherwise.

Staff, room and breakfast.

My roompal conplained that bed was too soft, but I think it was perfect when one laid legs out instead of bending and collecting all body weight in center of the bed.

It was close to the park, having a dog with us, this was great. We were allocated a room on the 1st floor and close to the lifts/stairs

Bedroom was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Corridors were very tired. On arrival our booking was not found. It took several attempts to get into our room due to a misunderstanding. Hotel parking was full. We had not booked parking. We found on street parking nearby which was free overnight but required payment from 9am.

Great location for the town and the train station. Room was of ample size for 3 of us. Room with a side view of the lake & fortunate to see the northern lights. Breakfast had many options and was kept stocked.

Breakfast was great with a lot of options, and even cold breakfast available from 04:40 which is great if you have an early flight. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good.

The room was on the main street and you hear everything, from cars passing to people talking, this can be quite annoying when you try to sleep early.

- Our room had NO hand soap - Empty Bottle. - Spider web in our room. - In dairy room/restaurant there was no cleaned table, all tables had dishes on it. I saw other guest had to wipe off their table before they could use it. - Empty cans, they didn’t refill up etc cream for pancakes. - Workers didn’t ask us if we were satisfied or not with our staying. I’ve been to this hotel before and it has never been bad like this. For 200$ for one single night in this condition is unbelievable. In this condition a fair price would be 75$

The breakfast was good. We had the cold breakfast at 5.

The bathtub glass panel is not the norm for Americans and I feel like water gets everywhere.

Central location, warm room with standard facilities (water heater, tea/coffee, desk, shampoo etc.). Wi-Fi of decent speed, although not possible to connect using tablet, only phone. Breakfast was copious and of good quality. Staff helpful and all smiles.

Awful mattress - not foam but old-school springs, at least that's what it sounded (and felt) like. Also, both occupants kept rolling towards the center, which is a sign you need a new mattress. Pillows way too soft to our taste, but that's personal of course. Even so, one soft and one hard pillow per person might suit all tastes instead of two soft pillows each. Price was also on the high side - more like what you would pay in Stockholm, but well, when the hotel is almost sold out I guess prices go up.
