Its accesible but not in the city. The bus stop was a little uncomfortable to get to because of construction. Still had a few places walkable to eat.

The breakfast and service was very bad , the pool was very cold

The walls are so thin and you can literally hear every step someone makes outside your room. You get woken up by people walking and running during the night.

The breakfast is quite regular and the restaurant was full of tables with dirty dishes as the personnel was too busy talking in stead of cleaning

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The family room with bunk beds was perfect.

I didn't know about the pool and would have loved to enjoy it with my kids.

The breakfast was excellent and other hotel facilities, such as the children's playroom, swimming pool, and fitness center, were good.

The room was very small. They gave us a double room suitable for two adults but we were a family of four, but the amount we paid was for four people.

Breakfast was really good. Comfortable room, soft pillows. Parking. Nearby, fuel station.

The TV divider was not safe my son hit his head several times

The service at arrival was excellent, the person at reception was very polite, friendly and supportive. The bed was comfortable. Location is fantastic, especially if you’re traveling through.

Some of the room features appear a bit dated. Overall the price is high for the comfort you get. The service quality differs by the different staff members.

The location is great if you’re traveling through (like me).Some food options are directly in walking distance, the lake is too.The overall hotel setup is nice and cozy. I’ve stayed here many times en route to Lofoten and back.

The attention to detail seems to be fading at this hotel.Staff was friendly overall, but check-in / check-out process was very cumbersome. The dog was welcomed, yes, but there used to be a bed and some bowls prepared which is no longer the case.The price was rather high, given that downtown is still 2km away and breakfast (rather expensive) was not included in the rate.

Despite the fact that we only stayed for one night, we enjoyed it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We even got free coffee and tee. All the beds, including the bunk beds, were comfortable too.

Close to work which was a massive bonus for me the food was lovely the staff were all friendly I always stay here if I head to Luleå.

Little bit far away from all other shops but I like to walk so for me no bother.

Rooms pretty small, no kettle. The hotel was not busy, we arrived a little early and they wanted to charge for early check in. Shame that the pool doesn't open until 10am, meant we couldn't take a swim before we checked out.

Last minute booking due to horrendous weather conditions (travelling on a motorcycle), just needed somewhere convenient to dry kit and warm up. What a surprise! large room with a very comfy bed with an equally large ensuite with a superb hot shower. There was free parking most of which is under cover; a bonus for a motorcyclist! The breakfast was more a banquet; absolutely superb with excellent table arrangements catering for large groups/families down to solo travellers.

Perhaps some of the carpets/decor was beginning to look a little tired, but to be honest, for the price paid, it exceeded my expectations

It was great as could park they say limited parking ! There was a high car park . Unfortunately didn’t arrive till late so not any restaurants close by

Everything was absolutely fantastic! Great location, delicious and rich breakfast and dinner. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would definitely love to come back.
