Comfort Hotel Arctic

Breakfast

The bed was a little to hard for meToo warm in the room, couldn't close the heater enough .Some noise from the fan.

The hotel is close to the railway station which is a bonus. The staff were friendly.

Our room was very tired and scruffy - it needs some TLC. The lighting in the room was poor. The breakfast offered lots of ‘healthy’ options but I couldn’t get standard milk. They only offered lactose-free milk which seems a bit strange.

Great breakfast. Nice lobby area. Friendly people.

Not able to buy a beer or wine after 10p.

Kind service, clean, simple but comfortable.

One of the rooms on the 5th floor had a smell getting in most likely through the ventilation. I would have loved to have actual fried eggs

Excellent location opposite the train station yet still only 10 minutes from town. Extensive breakfast with a great range of food items. Free tea and coffee in the reception area, luggage storage, late check-in (12am) and late check-out available. Friendly staff. Good value, modern and well equipped. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed.

Perfect location next to the train station! They had free coffee machine in the lobby! Breakfast was very good!

We didn't expect too much from this hotel and it's unassuming from the outside but the rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Showers are great and the breakfast was varied and tasty. No complaints at all from us. The staff were helpful and it's only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Very easy to get to by the bus from the airport.

- Great location next to Luleå Central, the city center and the harbour - Very nice staff - Nice breakfast and possibility to have affordable dinner at the hotel - Great sauna - Clean

- The room was a bit small

Hotel position

We booked 3 rooms but at our arrival only one was available. It was really unbelievable and as we were travelling for work with a short layover it really impacted our trip. The reception managed to provide a second room in which two of us fitted. It was not the service we required.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Close to the town center, south harbour. Also there is a bus stops near by if you want to venture out to the Gammelstaden for a day trip…items for the breakfast were fresh and great choices (gluten free options too). Dinner is served Monday-Thursday and good value for money. I had a single room with ensuite and it was perfect size. Bed was really comfortable and warm :)…staff was very friendly and happy to answer any question I had.

Very comfortable, clean, exceptional breakfast.

Easy to find the parking spot. Great location for us to walk to the city center and railways station. And we met the won

Great location, very clean. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff.

It was very clean and well equipped, the staf was very helpful even before arrival, location is great and very easy to commute from the hotel.

As a suggestion, remove the vander app sticker from the card reader at the main entrance, i saw a few other guests confused about where the plastic card is supposed to be scanned.

Good breakfast without being over the top

Tv remote was worn out. No tv subscription for Eurosport where he Master's final was played

Quick easy check in. Spacious room. Quiet location.

Clean and comfortable room, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet with possibility to request a breakfast bag for early check-out. In front of the railway station and within walking distance from the city center

Level of cleaningness and tranquility. Breakfast was very good as well, also eoth gluten free options, more than one even...., although I had stayed in a 4 star hotel in the city too and I could see the difference in breakfast, I would repeat my stay here.

The price for a songle room....

Free coffee in the lobby, good breakfast

The room was very warm, but with the window open, some noise from the street.

Everything was awesome! Excellent breakfast and the hotel is very very clean! Nice staff as well!
