Guests need to come to their other property (Naran Hotel) to eat breakfast. Although it is just the next building but the winter weather makes it so difficult to move between the buildings.

Guests need to come to their other property (Naran Hotel) to eat breakfast. Although it is just the next building but the winter weather makes it so difficult to move between the buildings.

Due to the early flight, our breakfast was not lost and was prepared for take away.

During our stay in winter, it was inconvenient to go to the other hotel for breakfast, even though it was delicious.

Great location, old world feel, staff were incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests, breakfast was good, easy check in and out, thank you for the breakfast bags for our early departure, bed was comfortable and clean

It’s a bit run down now having to go to breakfast around the corner is a pain, and because all the staff are over there lots of things are unattended: the coffee machine ran out of milk, the heaters in our room stopped working, the front door didn’t close/lock and someone was knocking really loudly on our door late at night (because of lack of security)

Close to city centre and Train station

The room is abit small for 2 big luggages.

No maintenance, no cleaning, saving money with heating.

The hotel is centrally located, but in a quiet area. Ideal for resting. I really liked my room, the decoration, the large windows, the quality of the towels and bed linens. The breakfast is very good, varied and of high quality. In addition, there are free hot drinks all day long. The staff is very kind and friendly.

The reception is in the other hotel.

Close to restaurants and center of LuLea; charming old building currently being renovated but this didn’t disturb during my visit

this was a building place/ dirty rooms /no staff/ dangerous for people ,,Electricity was no god, not to the standard and not safe/ have a lot of phots/ the hall an stairway ver blocked of big containers og clothing/ the escape route from the rooms were not safe /this is not allowed (can't sleep with my family there)Booking.com please call me .

Comfortable room, easy check-in, big breakfast included

The hotel is under renovation, so entering it felt a bit weird, like a construction site. The room was in the basement, but the basement is the already renovated area, so I was pleasantly surprised when I finally entered the room. Fresh and super clean, very spacious, great comfortable bed.Breakfast in the neighboring hotel of the same chain was great too!

A mini fridge would be much appreciated, for this and for having to carry large suitcases using a narrow staircase I cannot give a 10.

The room was clean, the beddings were also clean and the staff very helpful. I had 2 suitcases and one of the staff( a lady )who was cleaning the rooms helped me carry them on the stairs to my rooms. The breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect. I'll definitely stay at SPiS Hotell Amber again❤️

It's kinda hard to carry suitcases on the stairs so l don't know if there is an elevator, but everything else was wonderful l can't complain

A few hours before our arrivalWe were notified that the hotel had a fire and was under renovation. The place was upside down and we were offered a stay at partners hotel, at same price without a reduction even though the rooms weren’t as nice as what was represented. Great breakfast though! It took 3 hours on calls with Singapore to sort out. I’m neither impressed with the hotel nor booking. Com and will never use either again.

Transparency. We were forced to stay one night or lose our money.

I booked a queen room but was given 2 single beds and was told its an upgrade,also room wasn't made up whilst I was out even though I left a sign to say room should be made

Nice atmosphere, good breadfast, great location if you travel by train, short walk to the train station.

Breakfast room is too small.The chicken sausages,meatballs and bacon were in one container.Very hard to move around.
