Staff is very friendly

It was little cold in the room but stuff provided me extra heater, it is nice.

This is more like a group of small apartments than a hotel. Very large room with a bathroom and a shared lounge and kitchen. Perfect for us as we spent most of the time out exploring in the cold. Breakfast was in a neighbouring hotel and it was excellent though always quite crowded.

Bed was not so nice, really it was two twins pushed together. Even the mattress was two twins. The pillows were tiny and gave no support. I would call them cushions, not pillows.

Breakfast was good

been much better if you did not have to leave the hotel to book in and out and eat breakfast. Just the room in building and a room to cook your own food. Had to go to sister hotel in the next street for facilities

Nice breakfast. Machines for free coffee/cappuccino, etc. Very close to the train station and restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit small but enough for a short one night stay.

Everything was really great at this stay! Special mention to Erika, who has done above and beyond for me. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and cozy and the breakfast is amazing. I recomend.

Lack of safety

I am writing to formally report the theft of my personal property while staying at your establishment.After checking in late, I left my bag containing valuables and personal souvenirs inside my assigned room. The following morning, I briefly left the room solely to have breakfast within the hotel premises. During this time, I did not leave the property, nor did I grant access to my room to any third party.Upon returning from breakfast, I discovered that my bag was missing. Shortly thereafter, housekeeping attempted to enter my room despite the fact that I had not checked out and was still an active guest. This raises serious concerns regarding access control, staff conduct, and overall security procedures at the hotel.Notably, I had completed a 23-day trip prior to this stay without a single incident. The theft occurred during a single overnight stay at this hotel, under circumstances where I remained entirely within the premises. This strongly suggests a failure on the part of the establishment to ensure the safety of guests’ belongings.When the matter was brought to the attention of hotel staff and ownership, no meaningful assistance was provided, and responsibility was categorically denied without investigation. Such a response is unacceptable and further undermines confidence in the hotel’s internal controls and duty of care owed to its guests.Based on the above, I consider this establishment unreliable and untrustworthy with respect to guest safety and property security.

Very comfortable with excellent breakfast, cooked and continental buffet. Only a few minutes walk from city centre. Also a guest kitchen.

No hairdryer.

Cozy, clean, good quality breakfast. Also reception people are quite kind and helpful.

Good location, breakfast is very nice, friendly staff.

Not enough table tops, and some hooks/ hangers in the shower will make the stay more pleasant.

The breakfast was very good, including two kinds of salmon.

The breakfast room in the basement is unnecessary dark, due to a partial cover by the first floor.

Central Location and great breakfast selection

I notified them that I needed gluten free bread for breakfast which I was assured wouldn't be a problem. At check in this was confirmed again by staff. Still by the second day there wasn't any left and I had to buy my own from the store - inconvenient.

Location is great and the breakfast and staff are also.

room was way too hot to sleep in, even using only 1 bed sheet and showering 3X in the night with cool water. No ventilation possible because window doesn't open.

Excellent location, very clean and truly kind very engaged and forthcoming personnel. Dropping-off our luggage before check-in and even returning with our bags when our train was several hours delayed was not a problem. Excellent place for travellers!

Breakfast was really good. You could find everything and also fresh veggies and fruits.Good location.

Good location, a short walk from the town centre. Good value for money. Pleasant staff in reception. Clean room and bathroom clean.

No air conditioning or fan in the room when it was extremely hot.

Only on the Sunday did the breakfast chap seemed to be a bit under pressure as he was in his own, but he seemed to be able to cope with all the number of people in at once.

Excellent shared kitchen, coffee and hot chocolate machine. Breakfast was nice.

Fairly basic hotel that seemed more like a hotel/hostel hybrid. We liked the cosy and fairly clean guest kitchen/shared dining room area with basic cooking facilities and fridge where you can store groceries. It was handy to be able to buy a microwave meal and heat it up instead of being forced to buy yet another expensive and disappointing restaurant meal! So this was a huge plus. The buffet breakfast was also surprisingly good, there was loads to choose from and some of the items were quite luxurious. The great quality of the breakfast was pleasantly surprising (considering how basic the room itself was). We noticed the rooms weren't very well sound-proofed but the hotel seemed quiet and our window was facing away from the street, so we slept very well.

Room was a bit cramped and really dusty, which was disappointing considering the price point. Bathroom a decent size, so no complaints there. They definitely need to look into their cleaning procedures and do deep cleaning more often. Around the skirting boards and in every single corner and hidden little spot of the room there was loads of dust, which my husband with allergies reacted to as soon as we walked in. They clearly just do a quick clean of the bathroom and change the sheets between guests, which isn't really enough IMO.
