Porky's Motel Rockhampton

Excellent,Comfortable and clean

Very clean and great in room facilities

We couldn't sleep with the constant road noise. It went all night and we had very little sleep. Owners need to double glaze windows to reduce noise.

Location. is very user-friendly for seniors. Clean, quiet. Uncomplicated

It's all good

Location, great value, all on ground level, parking is excellent. Great all round motel for us.

We can't fault it

Room was clean and tidy. Ease of access to my car was great.

Ad was misleading. Address is actually Bruce Highway and very noisy overnight. Bathroom cabinetry was passed its use by date.

Perfect for a one night stop over. close to everything. place was clean and tidy.

Clean room, plenty of crockery and towels. The owner of the motel went out of her way to assist us while we were there, and nothing was too much trouble.

Good location, quiet, clean comfy beds, good selection of crockery, nice staff.

Bathroom in need of update. Very old! Vanity base water damaged, Grout lifting and taps leaking.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Great location, staff were lovely

Room was very dated

The room exceeded my expectation. They have been refurbished and were clean & comfortable. The owner is so lovely and I will definitely stay there again. Very good value for money; especially if you are on a business/budget for work trips. Great location for access to food/fuel & supermarket.

Location was very good. Ease of check in was good. Did not meet any staff so couldnt rate that. Room was clean, air conditioner was going which was pleasant, however the unit was very noisy which was ok during the daylight hours but found it interrupted sleeping.

noisy air conditioner

Location was good

TV reception was poor no channel 7,SBS

ese of booking collectìng keys the room was spotless clean loverly owennersBest shower pressure head ive ever had

loud air con

the best thing about porkys was the water pressure in the shower.

the beds were uncomfortable and extremely old-mattresses needed replacing, the air-conditioning smelt funky, the towel rail was only stuck on the wall with blutac and the tv remote didn't work.

Location price pt

Could be noisy , near major rd, you can also hear next door chat if the windows are not closed. AC is strong but emits a noisy sound too

Location was what we needed

I couldn’t park my vehicle inside as the entrance was too lowUnfortunately the bed was far too soft, I couldn’t wash the dishes properly as there wasn’t a plug or tea towel

The room had lots of kitchen equipment.

When we arrived there were some dodgy people near the motel and next to the parking area. The door and windows were hardly able to be shut properly. The room was really loud, due to the traffic of the street and the trucks. Also there was a funky mouldy smell ( aircon?).This motel seems more to be a working motel, not really suitable for travelers.

Loved the cushions. Second stay here and our Grandchildren loved it last time so I was told where to go.

Good clean accommodation

A bit of early morning traffic noise (but it is located on the highway) ?
