David Motor Inn

Room didn't match the photos on app when booked, very noisy as the rooms have little to none sound proofing. Very old beds, no safety chain for the door as it was missing which was a concern as there were quite a few homeless and drug affected people each side of the street where it's located. Was in a family room but there was no where to actually sit and eat other than the bed. Hadn't been cleaned very well was random hairs in the bathroom and on the floor. Staff were great and very helpful with a late check in.

The room smelt musty and unclean, there were items left behind by the previous people including jello shots and the bins were not emptied overall pretty gross.

Close to major shopping Center

Very noisy from outside traffic, pool was ok, not like the picture. People in next room were banging and talking loud. Rooms are not very well insulated from each other.

Excellent location, great friendly service, great rooms, will definitely be staying there again

On the main road, people doing burnouts and romping around telling outside of motel on street.

Affordable accommodation for our family passing through Rockhampton. Basic but clean. Good value for money. Located near supermarket so we could walk to get supplies (did not want to get back in car after driving all day)

Waterpipes noisey on occasion.

My 21 year old son and i stay at David Motor Inn on Rockhampton it was very comfortable, clean, close to public transport and really nice owners. We had a single room with 2 single beds and a queen. It was perfect for us.

Clean, spacious and contemporary.Bed was very comfortable.

Simple, basic motel on a main through road just north of CBD. Some decent nearby dining options - eg burgers, Indian. No frills, but clean and friendly. Good smart TV in room, tea and instant coffee and real milk in the fridge. A couple of bikkies too! Bed was comfortable. Clean linen and towels- no funny smells or overpowering cleaning product odours etc

Wonky shower door - catching on the frame, needed a little shove to open and close! Neighbour smoking out front of room. No allocated car spaces, so I couldn't park directly outside my room, as spaces were taken up by other vehicles. I would recommend earplugs in case road/neighbour noises bother you. I used some just in case, and wasn't troubled.

Easy to find, parking under cover infront of your room.

Really nice steak at the onsite restaurant. Friendly staff.

There's not a lot close by (pubs etc). It's on the main road.

Breakfast was absolutely comfort. Evern though we had only had complimentary it was still enough.
