Villa Capri Motel

Convenient, clean, comfortable, cool & perfect size for family of 5.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for four of us. Check in was easy. We were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner so the location was good.

Everything met my expectations. The kids thought it was fancy :)

Motel style property.Not very clean but a bit old.Tight parking spots.

The motel it’s self is getting a little dated it needs towel rails ect ..

We had a lot of road noise being close to the front of the building. Whilst the room appeared clean felt a deep clean was warranted.It was a room for invalids and if they were in a wheelchair they wouldn't be able to reach the crockery as it was on the bottom of the cupboard no middle shelf was there.Random parking meant we couldn't park in front of our room to unload bags.

Clean, well maintained, on the main road so easy to get anywhere, across the road from Rockhampton League's ClubComfortable beds.

Room was well designed - 2 large double beds in separate alcoves each with their own TV.

Car park was full of huge 4x4s - difficult to get into a park at 11pm.

Stayed here many times it’s our motel of choice in Rockhampton and wouldn’t stay anywhere else … staff are amazing and rooms are clean and it’s great value

Room was very clean and facilities were good, we had a good experience and staff were friendly.

just one annoy thing was that our Spilt system did this vibrating noise. it wasn't a consistent sound but it occurred at 10 min intervals which kept us at night.

Check in was very fast and easy and the lady at the front was smiling and kind. The rom was clean and a comfortable size. I liked that there was 2 TV's since the room was an unusual layout (we definitely could not have shared a TV). We liked the location to the Leagues Club where we walked for dinner.

The car park was also very tight with lots of bollards/poles which makes it tricky for bigger cars. There was definitely traffic noise that we noticed more at night/early morning, but that was to be expected given the location - it wasn't unbearable.

Check in and out easy. Good location. Suited us well for a one night stay. Good T V and aircon.

Unfortunately our room was at the front of the motel and traffic was loud.

It was good value for money. The staff were friendly. It was clean.

The road noise is quite loud if you're staying in the front of the motel.

The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for my one day stay. Convenient location and next to a lot of places where you can buy food to eat like the League's club and Maccass etc..

Noisy, kids at funny hours, usually very tolerant but guests not very considerate. SchoolHol got to expect some disruptions

Close to highway - location. Decent bedding.

Noisy wedding party - manager who booked us could have tried to book all the wedding party together instead of having our room between others. Had to ask them to move at 9pm as they were drinking and smoking outside our door, after tell omg them we’d driven 12 hours that day! They did, but I wouldn’t stay again as there were better quality places for a few dollars more. Noisy near the highway with lots of trucks too.

Great location with enough room and beds for a family of 5

A nice comfortable walk down to the river & restaurants at this time of year. If you don't want to walk there's a leagues club across the street.

We stayed for 2 nights; there's a little bit of road noise. To be expected though beside a highway. The rooms are well soundproofed so it didn't bother me & I had a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay again.

Easy to get to and easy check in. Basic accommodation but good value.
