Glenmore Tavern

I liked the conviniece of the location, friendly staff. Cleaning was impecable.

Definately would do well with an interior paint and modern curtains.

The hotel is located close to a number of local cafes and restaurants and the hotel itself has a decent restaurant.

The room was dated and worn and didn't feel like it was clean. The room needs a serious update and clean.

Because there was a spar bath in bathroom it was so high my wife was unable to use for fear of slipping .Also when choosing a room there isn’t anyway to say need a downstairs room, no stairs.

Location was convenient nice and clean. Busy property. Bistro was a major hub of activity and food was very good

Location for what we needed was great. Quiet, comfortable and clean

Comfortable beds and great food at the adjoining pub. Can get room service if required. Clean and quiet. Parking at the door. Good value.

Wish there were 2 chairs. Also don't understand why there is no basin in the bathroom - only one in the main room.

Room 108. Bed was woeful!! Mattress was horrible.

Location good, on highway access to hotel via inside gate which was good for a meal.we have stayed here many times as easy access to leave next morning.

Clean.. loved there was a wooden bed head

Minimal hot water.. ran out after 1 quick shower

Couldn’t find a laundry to wash clothes nor could I find the information booklet to inform if there was one or not.Oh and, my son was dissapointed there was no complimentary biscuits that are normally a staple.

1. Balcony door didn't lock cause sliding door was broken which was not safe as we had young children.2. One of the single beds were downstairs which we couldn't use as again having young children we had to share.

The floor was wet & slippery when we checked in , very lethal ,, no bottled water in fridge , pillows smelled,

Location and proximity to supermarket and takeaway businesses and restaurants.Room was also very spacious with more than enough room for 3 people to move around comfortably.

Moving quite a few heavy bags alone (I stayed with my 2 young grandchildren) up and down stairs was a struggle.. so I guess I didn't like being on the upper level.

Was expecting a nostalgic stay over a Tavern, just a motel, Pillows were hard, room smelled strange, decor is old, cleaning staff rattles loud carts down the sidewalk at 8 am so no chance you were sleeping in. Wouldn't recommend unless you want cheap.

Great location to the uni, plenty of choices for food, Stockland shopping centre not far and a short drive to airport

It’s a bit outdated, whilst my room was clean there was mould in the grout in the shower, a repair patch on back of the door and air con needed cleaning as a build up of dust

The property was good however I had a bad experience at the Dining area with the female manager patronising and offensive attitude towards me regarding a female staff laziness to clean my dining table and putting her hands on my cutlery and then lying about it. The female pig manager was very patronising and shouldn’t be in that position as she has no customer service skills and problem solving skills

The property was good the dining experience was awful and the $29 250g steak was terrible

Room was very clean and tidy although dated. Bed was very comfy. Parking very easy.

The high step over for shower as was a spa bath.
