CBD Executive Apartments

Room was huge, well fitted and very clean. Very luxurious.

Room advertised Riverview (I paid extra for the riverview). NO river views, busy road. Recept'st didn't care, didn't apologise, just said they used to until 3 months ago when new building went up in front! DVD broken too, phoned rec'n they didn't care.

Good location, good facilities

Parking was a bit tricky. Ottoman type thing very stained but otherwise furniture was clean and comfortable,

Big! Much wasted space and an unnecessary staircase to a 5th floor above. No door on the shower - trendy, but irritating as the floor got wet.But overall, more than OK.

Location was good central to what we were doing, Quite at night reception made sure the family was on same level as we had 2 rooms. there is a nice restaurant down stair open for breakfast with super friendly staff.

No Dining room table in front room. had to bring outdoor table and chair in to eat and do paper work with laptop. the wasted space in the walk in robe there is 3 column of walk-in-robe the last one near entrance walkway could be remove and that area use for a dining room table with 2 chair would make room more user friendly that's it.

It was clean and was in a good location

When I arrived the room was like the arctic. Air con doesn't need to be blasted so low. I turned it off and then realised I might be able to put the heat on but it wouldn't turn back on. The bedside lamp barely emitted any light. Not sure if its the lamp or the bulb.I had laptops and field gear in the room and didn't have any way (like a door sign to hang up) to tell the cleaners that I didn't want/need daily cleaning. I could hear people closing doors and talking at the lifts throughout the night which woke me up at 1am and 5am. The carpark was extremely hard to park in because all of the other carparks were taken each day except for the one closest to the sliding gate and the skip bins are parked directly opposite, making it vert difficult to park without hitting anything.

Comfortable bed. Handy location. Good kitchen facilities. Large fridge. Friendly staff.

Television kept making loud crackling noises on certain channels. Limited parking spaces, but they are secure.

Everything! Location is awesome. It’s safe. Quiet. Staff are the best. It always feels like coming home when I stay. Rooms are spacious modern and excellent value. Cafe Bliss is right underneath and the best in town. Free parking!

Location. It was nice and cool upon arrival. Got early check in. Front desk customer service great

parking, not suitable for larger vehicle's in side the complex, very tight, off street parking available

Management are very accommodating and nice. They have the cafe down stairs that makes delicious coffee.

Handy to the CBD and shops easy to find

Car Park is hard to get around when complex is busy

Very large apartment, facilities were excellent, very luxurious. Cafe on ground floor was very good, friendly staff, beautiful swimming pool, close to city center.

Shower a little small,and parking on site bit scrappy for larger cars

Didn't have noise proof rooms for that extra privacy

Nice clean and quiet. Cafe downstairs for a great breakfast. Central in Rockhampton with easy access to on-site and street parking.

Very clean and well kept

Parking was a bit tricky, especially coming back later at night and only having a couple spaces left. One was in a difficult place and a tight squeeze.

Huge apartment, well equipped and friendly staff. Great internet service. Walk to shops and parks.

Getting in and out of the parking area is a bit of a challenge.

Everything was soo lovely, clean and super comfortable. Was so lovely having a nice warm spa bath. With a nice view of the mountains from bed.

The wifi didn’t work, we used our phone internet to connect to the TV.There is an automated light near bathroom that you can’t turn off.

It was an amazing apartment! Really well looked after and maintained. Bed super comfortable!

Space, cleanliness

Room was fabulous. Excellent location. Comfy bed and great cafe downstairs
