Maintenance lacking in room

Room was booked for 3, only 2 towels in the room. had to remove the toilet cistern lid to flush toilet. Venetian pull cords in bedroom broken, appears to have limited maintenance

Rooms have no microwave ?‍♂️Laundry not closed at night ?‍♂️Got woken up at midnight to a washing machine and dryer banging around couldn’t get back to sleep so ended up leaving at 3:30am and Dryer still banging around ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️Contacted the motel the next day and told them and they were rude and didn’t bother them

Traffic noise through the night at some point was ridiculous. Very hard to sleep.

We stayed here for an overnight stop as a family of three, and we were very happy with our choice. Previously, we stayed at a different place near KFC and didn’t feel secure, but this property was a big improvement.The on-site restaurant was closed during the Christmas holiday, but Sara from the reception went above and beyond to help us find nearby options. We had a car, so driving five minutes for takeaway food was easy, and we even grabbed a small cake from The Cheesecake Shop and drinks from the petrol station around the corner.Parking is undercover, which was a big plus for us. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Sara. I accidentally left my work laptop behind, and she immediately organized to send it back to me in Brisbane without any hassle. When I called about it, she even kept me on the line while running up to my room to check—her effort was incredible!Sara was extremely helpful, and having staff like her makes all the difference when unexpected things happen. We will definitely stay here again.

Superior motel close to the city centre. Very helpful and friendly staff.Clean and tidy rooms with excellent facilities. Two very cold aircons.Full kitchen with everything you need and close to multiple restaurants and takeaways if you're not up to cooking.Very comfortable bed and good lighting throughout.Easy parking.Great value for money!Love this place - we have been back many times.

Some of the furnishings need refreshing. Some of the curtains were broken, and the dining table was badly worn.The media player software built into the TV was a bit difficult to use, but fortunately, we had our Fire TV Stick with us.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking. Other family was at the front of the hotel and said the road noise was loud at times, but I was at the rear and barely noticed the road noise.

Stirling is a very pleasant stay, the motel is very clean, the beds are comfortable, linen is crisp. Dining room is bright, clean and the food on the menu was varied, well presented, and very enjoyable. Overall a great stay

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The little touches were appreciated - quality tea bags, little boxes of milk and bottles of water in the fridge and some bikkies for weary travelers. The restaurant was convenient for our early morning start.No complaints whatsoever, had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The bed was made military style - I could hardly get in the sheets lol. Seriously though, there was nothing to dislike.

From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt very welcome. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, right down to shaving cream, body lotion and bickies for our tea and coffee. Something you rarely get these days.
