It's in a quiet location and has a restaurant attached with good food.

The bathroom smelled very strongly of body odour which persisted when I opened the window. The cold water tap at the sink next to the microwave was inoperable (room 10).

The room was large and comfortable for an overnight stay for 4 adults. The restaurant on site was a bonus for dinner after a long day on the road.

Location great for my work

Asked for room to be made up 3 times out of 6 nights.First time: 1 x new towel only and bed kind of pulled up. Bin not emptied, used cup and plate not replaced. All dirty towels left. Hand basin not wioed down. 2nd time: room not made up at all. 3rd time: 1 x new towel and hand towel. Bed pulled up. Bin still not emptied. Plate washed. Cup left dirty. Hand basin not wiped.

Location and the hotel food next door was really good. Staff at check in were really nice and pleasant.

Rooms are quite aged and could do with some renovations. Carpet very stained and did have the smell of a room where heavy smoking used to occur.

The staff were lovely.

Room was dirty & smelt like cigarettes. There was amount 20 smoke butts outside my front door sitting next to the pool. You could hear everything the people in the rooms next to you were saying. There’s no safety latches inside the rooms. The doors automatically lock from the outside, there’s no chain or lock on the inside for peace of mind.

Cleaners woke us up trying to get in early .. took a while to check in.. had to go ask the chef in the bistro to get someone to check in.. no one answering phones

The location was fantastic, and the room was better than expected. You get a car park right in front of your door, a nice big open space to walk your dog around. Unfortunately, the pub was closed due to the public holiday, but I think it would've been good to have somewhere to eat and drink without leaving the accommodation.

The only problem I had was we had no Iron there was an ironing board and when rang reception To check or get an iron was told we don't have irons in every room and it was to late to get one ..It was 9 pm .Disappointing after a great evening and meal for a friend Leaving get together

Comfy bed and great shower! I wish we could have tried out the menu but we had a big lunch and couldn’t fit it in ? but the restaurant was packed so it must be pretty good.

Old room, very dodgy, no window to outside world, hole in carpet, gap under the door. Felt like a prison cell. I paid an astronomic $280 for one night, uncomfortable single beds. It was appalling after a flight. I would not recommend.

Clean, room was good. Although we weren’t sure about the area it was safe & had good facilities. Small supermarket close by as well. Room service was appreciated after a long drive with our dog.

Pet friendly as well as have room service to ensure you could get good pub food without needing to leave pets.

Could have had small enclosed outside area for pets to run around in, although there may not be space.

That they are pet friendly! It made it an easy choice to pick. The food was also very good! The staff I interacted with were nice :)

The bed was a little hard but for one night it's fine to make do for the price , location and pet friendly service.

The room was spacious

The cleaners woke me up twice before check out, banging on the door saying it’s time for us to go. The manager took atleast 25 minutes in another section of the tavern to the point I actually had to call up while waiting in office each time I rebooked I was given different requirements of what Id I needed etc. I was then after informing the staff about the cleaners black listed without that knowledge I rebooked another room in hopes to a different outcome and due to a desperate situation was then sworn at in the front of the residence and told I’m not getting my money back. I have never and hope to never be treated that way again. If it wasn’t for the great staff member from booking.com I still wouldn’t be getting a refund.

No hot water, there was a warning to let it run for a bit , I let it run for 5 minutes, I timed it, still no hot water
