The pool area looked nice.

Middle of nowhere, clothes early, dated shabby rooms.

Good sized room . very clean and quiet.

Close to the local hotel for a great dinner. Easy parking. Quiet.

When you find the bin hasn't been emptied it makes you worry what else wasn't done.Didn't have a clean feel.

Enjoyed the stay - great staff and a comfortable quiet room.

Stayed for a conference being held nearby, and I have stayed at this location previously and had a much better stay, especially from a staff point of view. Disinterested at best would be the nicest way to put it. I know one work colleague who was not impressed at all from their interactions. Didn't use any of the facilities apart from our actual rooms, which were a good size.

Motel/room is tired-needs updating including laundry..Room we stayed in was quiet-nice outlook out back door area..

Thanks for a great stay Cap Motel! Staff were welcoming & happy to answer all our questions. Our rooms were clean & spacious. The highlight was having really comfortable beds to come back to after 12hr shifts on track. All 9 guys send a big thank you to the owners, and have requested this be our preferred stay in Rocky.

This is my go to place when I go to Rockhampton, access is easy in a heavier vehicle that I drive staff are always friendly. I know exactly what I’ll get for the money no problem.

Bad

Management left the site before the time they told us. Sent a message saying our key was under the room door mat. There was no key and no response until an hour later when we checked into another hotel. It was very disappointing when we were driving trucks, and it's not easy finding parks.

lovely and quiet but close to shops as needed. pool was beautiful! Late check in easy.

air-conditioner was leaking onto second bed, not sure why you would use a room with such a problem? known. plenty more we could have been placed in. Staff very apologetic, luckily just me and my daughter so we shared double instead!

The pool area was great and easy access to get out of town from.

The air conditioner couldn't be turned down below 24 and was failing to make any difference in the room temp. It certainly wasn't working even to that temp. The shower leaked so much when you used it the entire bathroom floor was a slippery mess and drenched floor mat making it a safety hazard. Reception closed early so you couldn't get assistance for more towels. On site restaurant looks to be permanently closed.

This is such a great place to stay. I stay here everytime I'm in Rocky. I love how it's very clean, it's very modern and fresh, I love the garden view, I love the undercover parking. This is by far the best motel to stay at.

Easy packing, right out front your door. Quiet. Staff lovely.
