Motel Lodge

Good location for needs. Water pressure and hot water were good in the bathroom.

The pool was green and not able to be used, nothing like the picture. The Wi-Fi was slow not as per advertisement. The receptionist tried to fix the TV reception however even with bunny ears it was unwatchable. No cups and 1 bowl.

I was turned away. Not allowed to stay. Not refunded. Waste of money. Not happy!

It was close to the main highway, and it is 24hr so it didnt matter that we were running late for checkin.

No foxtel like it said they had.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed for my evening and morning I spent there. Although situated on the highway I was not disturbed by any noise from traffic or other residents arriving after I did.

Nothing could have been betterIt was obvious the motel was undergoing renovations and upgrades possibly as a result of flooding, but cleanliness and comfort were not compromised

Convenient, Very clean and tidy, parking right at the front door but very cramped, good mini fridge, microwave jug, toaster, tv, noise is expected for Rockhampton located right on the highway but what do you expect for a budget motel.

Having a parking spot at the door is ok but parking is very cramped, a full house would be some big problems especially if guests have large vehicles, but there is ample parking in the side street.

It was quite and clean not far from where I needed to go the next morning. I would stay again there.

We did not stay. Room looked very run down. We were unable to park our vehicle in the allocated parking.

Limited communication

The whole place is a mess. Can’t understand that it is on your page. But ok good enough to have a sleep on the highway and move on.

Dirty. Loud and Niobe really cares.

The room was not serviced once in my 12 day stay

The mouldy air conditioner dropping particles on bedding and pillows

Bed was clean and tidy

There was a kitchenette but nothing there to be used except jug toaster and 2 spoons, but things were not wiped over ect taps, top of beside cupboards window sills, freezer was not clean.

The bed was ok. Internet ok. The pool was quite nice. Location for us very good

There was NOTHING in the kitchen except 4 mugs and a knife, fork and spoon. No plates, bowls, pans just empty shelves. The tv could not connect to normal tv channels . And there was garden furniture in the kitchen area to sit on which was a small space. Very crowded with 2 double beds and tiny bathroom with no counter or hanging space.

Was cheap but that reflected the quality, 2 light bulbs were missing in the room, shower spat water on the ground and had no where to drain, aircon filter was filthy and made me and my partner sneezy if we had it on

Absolutely discustimg place that shouldn't be open. Was promised everything we needed and when arrived they had nothing. We should get a full refund as we didn't even say there. This place lied to get our buisiness and now we had to stay else were

We needed a room on short notice, and this was the best and most well priced option. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, price was good. I was happy. Have stayed there twice now and would stay again.

Beds were hard! The double bed was so hard I actually opted to sleep in the single bed which was also in the room. Easy late night check-in process and good for a nights stopover but God they need to chuck out the old beds asap!

It was a very nice stay nice and clean beautiful bathrooms as can be lovely workers and owners

I really liked the clean ness
