being on a major road thought I would hear traffic noise but it was nice and quiet in the room

toilet always running, bathroom door hard to open also very poor quality TV, very bad picture and bed a bit firm for me

Easy to access

The, the door didn’t work on the bedroom not ready a door it was like a sort of like shutter thing

Spacious room. Location.

Parking is difficult. 2 trucks were parked directly in front of the building in the back making it very difficult to access our room and get our luggage inside. Trucks should not be allowed to occupy these 2 spaces but these are the only 2 roomy spaces in the place.

Due for refresh.

Air conditioning did not work in room but staff upgraded us to a suite.

Very Clean, spacious and comfortable. Close toShops and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

All the facilities in our room was clean. It was spacious. There was a nice little outdoor area where you can sit and relax. The grounds were well looked after.

The pillows on the bed were a bit flat and there was not enough extras in the closet (only one extra)

The bed was very large and comfortable. Plenty of cooling options. Spacious rooms.

Cleanliness was average, room was stuffy on arrival. No screens on windows.

Facility was nice. Staff were good

The parking is a bit tight. I know there is nothing you can do about it, but could provide more information via site photos. I was going to show up with a trailer, but luckily I didn't. I had trouble just fitting my ranger in the only spots available in the underground car park.

Staff are always friendly

The fridge in room4 vibrated all night as it on older side and not sitting on anything stable. When you’re having large days a good nights rest is important

New, clean bathroom; convenient location; easy check in.

Entrance needs updating

Pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and the bathroom was clean and very nice. Good value for money

Climbing the stairs

Had Continental breakfast one morning. Very good. Very generous serving of cereal cheerfully served, along with toast and coffee. Only breakfasted once as budget really could not cope daily. Not suggesting breakfast was over-priced, just that beyond my preparedness to spend. people running the motel were very welcoming, more than pleasant, lovely, obliging people. Motel is well located. On the main southern approach/exit from Rockhampton CBD but no noise problem. Motel not at all "bad", was certainly comfortable, but could be better.

Fair time since we travelled and used motels so maybe we are out of touch with what happens today. However, the room was serviced twice during our seven-night stay but the carpet was not vacuumed and neither was the tiled bathroom/shower mopped. There was a jug and toaster, two dinner plates, three glasses, three cups, a teaspoon, two knives and two forks; but no dessert spoons nor cereal plates. Likewise, no tea towels nor dish washing soap, which was disappointing as what use is utensils, cups, dinner plates etc without tea towels or dish washing soap? And why no dessert/cereal plates? Sure, operators would ideally wish for paying guests to buy breakfast and dinner each day, but fair guess some could not afford to do so.

Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so but some rooms are better than others. Convenient for me and great meals restaurant.

Ground floor room with poor privacy. Tap in bathroom faulty and overhead fan only had 2 settings, either very very slow or very fast.

Our room was next to the highway (noise) & directly across from the office building Bright lights from both into our unit.

Staff were very accommodating as we had to change our plans due to road closures. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location

Was advertised as having a restaurant but when checking in were told that it was not open.
