Staff is friendly and helpful. Good basic complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It's an older building and pipes are very rusty, so shower or taps were roaring.

Everything was so unbelievably clean and service was great ! It was a last minute stay but they got me a room for a long term stay. They were very helpful and I really liked that they had a thai takeaway restaurant at the premise when you're craving for a late night food !

The customer service was amazing. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. They had the type of pillows I liked. The breakfast had a great selection of cereals, juices, yoghurt, bread, pancakes, breakfast spreads, etc. There were even gluten free options which I was so grateful for. I will definitely be staying here again and I plan to try the Thai food next time (Thai restaurant onsite which could be ordered online for room service). I recommend staying here. :)

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

No marked car parks meant my car was long way from my room. My room was upstairs which was not what I was lead to believe from booking

The staff were really lovely and helpful. There is a Thai restaurant attached but we didn’t eat there to comment on.

The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was dirty. The light in the bathroom didn’t work so had to use one of the bedside lamps to see, the second bedside lamp switch was faulty. The hotel has been renovated with new furniture to make it look nice for photos. Bed was very hard so didn’t sleep very well. Very noisy with the trucks going past all night.

It was on the main road in to Rockhampton so it was a bit noisy

I enjoyed the breakfast, which was included in the price of the room. My room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Lovely staff, very clean had dinner options with really yummy Thai food and they gave you a discount and delivered for free. Definitely a lovely warm and welcoming environment.

We were close to the highway so early morning traffic but we had to leave early so it didn't matter.

Location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and clean for the price we paid. Breakfast was good too, with a few simple but options we were satisfied with. The manager Lily was sweet and had a brief conversation with us. The motel is just on the city centre and has many options for food and other amenites. This is a good option for travellers and very budget friendly.

Nothing much to complain about with this budget.

Not a lot to like. The bed sheets were clean and there was a relatively new kettle. The property was easy to find and get into. The lady at reception was very friendly. Air-conditioning worked well and was quiet.

This whole room was a disappointment right from the moment I opened the door. The smell that hit you was the first thing. The room was a good size but minimalist would have been in heaven. The walls desperately need cleaning and a coat of paint and the furnishings are so worn, the blackout curtains had more holes than a lace hanky. The two tub lounge chairs though thread bare and stained surprisingly comfortable with the coffee table far too big to be functional. The rest of what was in the room looked like it had been sourced from someone's kerbside rubbish. There was no shelving or luggage rack. Only one bedside table but plenty of room for another. The bed was hard and in need of replacing. The room did not in anyway look as though you would want to stay there after a long trip. The microwave was the worst thing in the room with it being old, rusted and the smell from the inside was vomit inducing. The bathroom was only a little better but the hot water was good but the cold water tap was dodgy. The only soap there was, was a half bottle that should have been in a dispenser but looked like the dispenser had been broken for sometime. Add in noisy neighbours and traffic noise, the whole room just smelled off. If I hadn't have paid thru bookings. Com I would have left. Was not worth anywhere near what we paid for the room.

Easy access, good location, plenty of parking at your door, large room, large beds(in room with 2 queen beds), clean, daily housekeeping, breakfast included, onsite Thai Restaurant (yum!). Everything you need.
