Shower had good pressure

A lot. Rooms advertised as sound proof - definitely not. Window rattled in their frames, curtains barely hanging on and let a lot of light in. Booked a king suit and arrived to a shoe box with a double deb & single bed. Staff were not helpful

accessible and close to CBD, easily located.

yes the shower bay entry is way too small even for the average Australian, Two single swing doors on the corner of the bay - way too small.

Worse hotel experience

Entire reception and about 15 metres before entering door reeked of cigarette smoke. Hallways had mould on ceilings. Rooms recked of chemicals and had no ventilation. Windows sealed shut. Was only there for a total 45mins to bring and leave with suitcases and broke out into rashes.

Difficult

There is no lift to the rooms, as arthritis sufferers 2 flights of stairs to reach our room is not suitable at all. No restaurant or breakfast available.

Needed to do clothes washing so went to the office for washing powder ladies at the desk were again very helpful and lovely.The owner/CEO man was there and told me the cost was $20 per wash I had a few loads to do and could not believe it $20 per load that would have cost me $60 that’s without drying. Rooms were not that clean under beds. Spend some money on your rooms and chuck the old out dated crap out

We stayed the weekend for Rockynats 05.The hotel was in a central location for all events. The close walk to Fitzroy River was amazing.Sonja was extremely helpful for any requests or requirements, her local experience and knowledge was priceless.

Staff were excellent and very professional. Comfortable rooms. A bit noisy at times due to highway being very close.

A lift instead of stairs.

The family suite was a good size, the aircon was cold.

The pool was out of order, there was minimal lighting and the room was very old and dated.

we refused to use the room given to us due dirty , smelly and place not safe , i would suggest you to action and recover my money .. please investigate by your self to see the actual condition of this hotel .. i am planning to reach the CCC australia

all we dont like this place

Older style but clean and spacious. Family sure was huge with a kitchenette including an air fryer and full size fridge. Wifi was good. Staff were amazing. Our air con was broken and stuck on the whole time and we couldn't adjust but I believe they are fixing. Pool was not able to be used. Very good value though, perfect for a family travelling or really busy sleeping and eating there.

The after hours entry system was excellent. The room was a good size. Refrigerator adequate with cold water and milk for coffee in the fridge. Plenty of coffee sticks/teabags and single serve biscuits supplied to have with coffee. Microwave available but we did not utilise that. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom very nice with plenty of toiletries supplied. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and walking paths along the river.

No chair in the room. A lift (elevator) would be good. We are older guests and having to walk up flights of stairs to get to our room was not ideal. Car park is undercover but is quite open to passers by.

Kitchen provided excellent resources including an air fryer and plastic containers. Great size accommodation.

Band aid stuck to the ceiling, whole in the wall, aircon worked but unable to change temperature, large tv but Netflix app outdated could only watch free to air TV, one of the beds was broken and had a lean and broken springs. The place is old but is value for money

The TV didn't work. Carrying our luggage up 2 flight of stairs. No electricity in hallway or stairs only blinding lamps No access to staff/ reception. The hand lotion container was empty

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Having to climb stairs in pitch darkness is a safety concern and had I been advised this was the case I wouldn't have booked this motel. There was also a small hallway leading to our door, also pitch black. There were lights placed in the staircase but they were not switched on. There was no hairdryer in the room despite one being listed in the inclusions.

All lighting was not working just an apology. No staff present on arrival or on departing. In fact never saw any staff at all.

The fact you had to use a fire exit to gain access to and from the apartment room after hours - make shift lighting in the corridor because apparently the lights were not working - room itself was clean but value for money was not there!

The facility and staff were very good and I have no complaints in this space. There was however an issue with the individual in the room next to me (105) who was exceptionally noisy with people in his room and very loud music throughout the night causing interupted sleep. Feedback was provided to staff upon check out and I believe they will be dealing with this issue.

No lift. Everything needs to be carried upstairs. No lights in morning on main hallway. Could be dangerous without a torch.

The staff were very helpful! cats were adorable as well.

the accommodations seems rundown, swim pool was closed due to some outbreak.
