The manager went out of her way to accommodate us when I rang with an urgent request to check in early as my mother was ill and she didn’t hesitate and also when I had to book an extra night.. very welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with.. would definitely make it my go to motel if we needed to stay in Rockhampton again..

Clean room and comfortable beds.

The disability access room was what we needed. The first time, a motel had a shower chair - we usually have ours when travelling. Nice room, nice facility

Good location

They advertise a restaurant which serves dinner and breakfast. There was a sign on the door which said the restaurant was closed because they couldn't get staff. They need to adjust their website to reflect this. I wouldn't have booked, in advance, if I had known. The security lock on door was broken.No hand towel was supplied.Somebody needs to do a safety and service audit on what they say provide.

Cock roaches running around in the bathroom. My card charged for two bottles of water even though I had left money for them. Emailed twice about it and got no response. I dont bother with the reviews usually. But the no response means no f given is why I'm doing this. I understand mistakes happen but after two emails and a month of waiting I think this review is fair. The cockroaches were not cool but understand things happen. I was tempted to just let the water charge slide its only $7 but again the whole ignoring me thing just p me off.

Convenient location, close to plenty of options for meals. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly very little noise from traffic considering the location.

Facilities looked clean onthe surface But they were not.Mouldy un cleaned bathroom Carpets stank and ants every where Cleaning staff were loud at 8am / chrck out is 10am knocking on door to our room to get us to vacate at 9 ...Location was next to cemetery and a park where homeless live .. Pool was unsafe with cracked tiles and bNot child friendly

The room spelt like Bleach, and after airing room out for a few hours it went, I understand you use it for cleaning but please don't put the air con while your cleaning. The pillow case was not cleaned it had (looked like) a blood spot on the case. Mold in the silicon work in the bathroom. And the shower head was clogged up (partner took it off an fixed it) was better now than before.

The location was great being one of the first motels when you arrive from Brisbane And close to the gardens and zoo.Across the road from Aldi and BP

Freezer was all iced up so door couldn't shut properly to freeze

Very comfortable for a break between driving. Room was clean and welcoming the spa was a delight when tried. However was quite loud in the early mornings with people leave very early and the doors slamming - not at the fault of the hotel itself but something to be mindful of. Late check in suited well as bad weather delayed our arrival by hours !! Over all a pleasant stay and well recommend

We arrived late and left early, so we didn't see much apart from the inside of the room. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean and tidy

The bed was terrible. I ended up sleeping on the floor.

It was close to where we needed to be. It had a pool which was amazing as it was so hot.

The only think I believe that could be improved is for the bathrooms to have exhaust fans.

The air con in each room

The flesh attracting beetles in the swimming pool repelled my 12 year old pool back to his room.

The disability chair when my husband went to use had to adjust legs and had mould on bottom legs.There was no exhaust fan in bathroom? Which my husband pointed out that not working so when having shower was a bit of worry

Comfortable bed, good-sized room, excellent shower.

The Motel was close to the Botanical Gardens. The staff were nice and the family room was a good size.

It was expensive for the family room & they need a good modern make over.
