Parking was not good. Had to park next door at the back of the Bowls Club

Room was adequit and clean.

Deepak ar reception was very nice

Low ceiling in the room was disgusting, covered in mould and/or dirt. Vent in bathroom was filthy. Room itself was poky and dated. In the main lobby, they were piping in a fragrance that was so strong it almost made us gag!.

Property was clean

Staff not overly friendly. No smoking area, parking in dirt paddock and cars squashed in. Door got dinted.

Ease of check-in. The room was spacious and tidy.

For the money a separate shower should have been the norm. Couldn't get the lights to work in the bathroom.One lift for the entire complex not ideal.

The bed was awesome

Couldn't get room service and the restaurant didn't do takeaway

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the PriceThe room I stayed in was very dated and poorly maintained. The bathroom grout had visible mould, and there were unsightly marks in the bathtub. The bed was uncomfortable, with worn-out springs that made it difficult to sleep well.Given the price, the room was well below par. I expected better standards for the cost and wouldn’t recommend staying here without improvements.Disappointing dining experience at the Riverside Restaurant, where staff had little to no knowledge of the menu, couldn’t answer basic questions, and seemed generally unprepared—well below expectations for the price.

This was our second time staying here. Great staff, amenities & location!

The hotel is very well located — right on the river and in walking distance to cafes and restaurants. It has 24-hour reception and the rooms are secure. All amenities worked well. Anjuta was particularly helpful and friendly, and should be commended for her excellent customer service.

The carpet needed to be replaced as it is stained. The bath would be considered unsafe to enter and exit for many people, especially the elderly, due to the height of the tub; it should be replaced with a walk-in shower. Providing more utensils and a toaster would be helpful.

Conveniently located near the CBD.

The air conditioning smelt mouldy and the room felt humid in the air and on the bedding.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FRONT DESK LADY & NO AC!!! I was hot the entire night. The AC knobs etc are all old, should be sent back to the 1950s. Asked for help and front desk did help but after a 7hr road trip from brisbane, and ongoing battle with the AC, I couldn’t be bothered asking to switch rooms at 10pm.

I do travel a lot for my work and the first thing I look for when travelling is the bed, I was not disappointed, mattress soft but firm and the bedsheets too were to my liking. Then the room was clean, like I could see that the cleaner had a good standard. The shower was good, hot water running straight. That are the 3 things you need the most in an hotel and that ws achieved. Then I had a little sofa to relax, and a table to sit. The Wi-Fi was great too.

Not that I didn't like it but the bathroom does feel like in the 90's. The water taps should be the mixing type, always a bit tricky when mixing cold and hot to get warm, but that didn't bother me that much

Check in was efficient, staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Accommodation was clean, spacious, practical . Easy access for walks along the river. On-site restaurant had available buffet breakfast. Parking was available. Reception is 24 hours. Absolutely lovely staff.

The big bed was great & comfortable although I had to share with my teenage son. The room was clean & we could have late check out.

We stayed here a few times now and been pretty happy. Although this time our room didn’t have the shower over bath tub. So when we showered we had to put the pressure on low so the water wasn’t overflowing onto the bathroom floor and around the toilet. Our room was quite noisy it sounded like the laundry room was right next to us & was going all night but I think it was the aircon vents as you first come in the room. I also think it would be better to have a queen & single bed in one room for a parent and a child stay instead of expecting the child to sleep in with the parent.

Queen size bed & mattress not firm enough. There is plenty of room to install king size beds.

I liked how close it was to rockynats street parade and other events for Rockynats ans we loved the buffet breakfast

The size of the rooms. The mould everywhere. The lift is sooo slow.

Loved the river view being on the 7th Floor

Could not find a pillow that suited but that is the only thing and I should have bought my own with me

Forced to park in a muddy paddock. $900 for 2 nights was highway robbery for a single room with a shower that I had to step into a bath to access (a very dangerous thing at my age).

Quick pit-stop for 1 night en-route heading North..last minute booking. Free covered parking always a bonus.Great breakfast.Good location.
