Rockhampton Serviced Apartments

our bed was very comfortable. the other bed was a bit firm. The whole unit was exceptionally clean and tidy. Considerably better than most.

Great location just off the highway but close to the city and shops. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equiped with oven and stove top. I really liked that there was a laundry in the room. The pool was welcoming aftler a long hot day of travel.

It was our fault that we couldn't get the text message with the lock key number, but it was extremely hard to connect with someone after hours.

Floors in our first room were not very clean, I walked barefoot in the room on the first afternoon/evening and my feet were very dirty, photos below.

Everything was great with the apartment. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean with heaps of room.

The property is located on a nice quiet street, the apartments are very spacious and well equipped. Aircon in every room and ours had a washing machine and dryer.Ron at reception was very helpful and extremely nice.Will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Rockhampton.

Great customer service. Manager took me to the room and showed me where to park etc. Doesn't sound like much but saves you searching after a big day of driving.

Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly Bedding very comfortable and had everything you need in the apartment.

Bin was emptied every day however coffee & milk & cleaning products wasn't replenished, kitchenware wasn't washed properly upon arrival, had something go missing from the room as well. Main bed was very hard and not comfortable. Spacious rooms and mostly clean, quiet rooms as well.

Apartment could have been cleaner. The tv and phone didn’t work for both nights we were there. Otherwise beds were okay, location was good. Parking was interesting as they were painting in the garage.

Close to CBD and function venue and other family staying elsewhere were impressed and jealous. Only drawback was there was no option to check if an early check in was possible or leave luggage, as there was no one on the desk.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The apartment is kept in great condition, especially the bedrooms seemed newly renovated.

I loved how friendly all the staff were, the cleanliness and filled ice trays added so much more to this beautiful apartment! I love the privacy and access to washers and dryers, highly recommend

We booked a two room apartment but the second room was locked and we had to wait for someone to unlock it but other then that everything else was great

It was a little confusing on check in as the apartments are not within one building but spread across both sides of the street.

Good place to stop over on a long drive to Whitsundays. Friendly and helpful staff

The reception staff were very helpful when we wouldn't be checking in until late. Room was clean and had all the facilities we needed after a long day of sport. Close to food stores to refresh ourselves.

It had been so hot and there were a lot of insects around the lights outside the rooms.
