Quality Hotel Regent Rockhampton

The swimming pool was great and the car parking was very convenient. Hotel was located close to all the downtown restaurants and river. Staff were friendly and accommodate a late check out.

The air-conditioning was not super cold but was good enough.

The location, the facilities and the restaurant were all great.

The motel is in a handy location for what the ciity has to offer. Also the attractive pool area offered recreation on site.

The airconditioner in our room required reparing or upgrading. Also a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom needed to be repaired.

Close to the river side.Very clean property. We met the owner, who was lovely to talk to!

Listening to the garbage bins getting picked up 5:00 am just outside our bedroom window.

Large room, comfortable bed, clean and quite room. Tv was easy to use. Also good to have a toilet brush in bathroom many placed seem to have done away with this cleaning tool.

Size of cups in room - could do with few mugs. The smell of bathroom when I first entered room - seemed to be the cleaner used. The pattern of the basin in the bathroom. Would have been useful to have a desk lamp.

What a great surprise. This property was outstanding in service and cleanliness. I highly recommend the restaurant food, the Barramundi was the best cooked i have had.The host goes out of his way to help. I will be back.

The location, staff, rooms and restaurant was amazing!The food was delicious and never disappointed over a 7 night stay!

The rooms could have been a little better maintained.

All credits for the nice staff. By accident I left my dress in the cupboard and it is now on the way to my home! I would love to go there again.

Great location for our purpose. Walking distance to pubs clubs and restaurants. Clean, we’ll see out, great pool and gardens

Breakfast was great, Food is always good. Close to the river. Close to other restaurants. But the food is better at the Quality Regent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We liked the old building, blackout curtains, nice bathroom, swimming pool, location and the quick, easy check in.

The air conditioner was old and struggling. The carpet was old and stained.

The walls are thin and we were kept awake by the people next to our room doing nocturnal entertainment, not interested in listening but we had no choice.

Good location but quality can be better if hotel do some more efforts.

Air conditioner is poor. It can not adjust the direction of air flow. It seems do not clean the air conditioner for a long time. Lots of dust stuck on the exit of air conditioner.

Rooms were large and clean. Very quiet.

I would give the restaurant a miss.

I expected something a little special. Our room was in a modern annexe out the back of the beautiful heritage building. We could have been in any strip motel on the main road (possibly for less $$). Had no atmosphere; didn't appreciate the sliding door to a back alley that had no security screen. Just disappointed overall.

Pool had glass in the bottom and cut another guest’s foot.
