The location and the breakfast

The beds were too small, we booked 2 single beds but they were too small to the point we couldn’t sleep well after long driving

Modern, clean hotel with great room facilities - especially great shower with plenty of hot water.

Excellent hotel and services; staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the buffet offering for dinner at the restaurant. I was impressed with the room, much above any other Ibis hotel I have booked in the past.

I had mosquitos in my room, maybe some sort of net protection at the windows could have helped, as I wanted some fresh air in the room. For the breakfast, more diversity for fresh vegetables could be nice.

Everything! We were greeted with charm and efficiency; our room was warm and comfortable; restaurant was good, with a huge choice, and very reasonably priced; housekeeping supplied us with kettle, cups, milk etc, and an extra pillow pretty much instantly; smiling and very efficient laundry service; great shower.. fantastic service throughout.

I paid extra money for food. Insanely expensive.

Transparency. they should have updated me on the different options for food so I could have gone for "a la carte" option. They charged me twice for breakfast but thdn they said I do not need to pay for dinner. When I was checking out, it turned out that this "free" meal was a scam and therefore I had to pay extra.

Room size and bed quality and there is no refrigerator like all ibis hotel around world and there is no slippers tooAbout breakfast it’s good but I saw many flies on the cheese It’s not acceptable make you avoid others foods

Staff are superb. Check in is simple and well organised

Staff in bar not as organised as rest of hotel. More interested in talking to each other than serving.

The staff was very kind, the breakfast has a lot of variety and it taste pretty good, the rooms are more than enough for staying a cuple of days

More variety of food during the lunch

Breakfast is worth living for. Staff uniformly friendly, helpful and happy.

Bed and bed covers seem made of plastic. Institutional toiletries and compact ‘superior’ room.

Nice room, good breakfast. The medina is about 20 minutes walking distance.

The hotel organised a Karaoke evening outside close to my hotel room. Luckily they stopped at 22:30. The buffet was good but expensive (21 euro). To get to the hotel by your own car can be tricky, Sfax is a big city with chaotic traffic.

Finally a property that is clean and modern style. Staff speak a good English and are very friendly and professional. There are lots of facilities, pool, gym. The rooms are very well isolated and you can’t hear anything from the streets. Overall good experience. There is a parking underground so if you have a car, definitely to consider.

The location was not super central and it was right in front of a very busy round about. The dinner and breakfast buffet was quite expensive but it did look good.

Parking could be challenging

Was perfect for work travel. I appreciated the comfy beds and clean room. The bar was a nice hangout spot and breakfast was good.

Bar food was just ok.

Hotel offers good quality for a business travel and good facilities. Good water pressure, comfortable bed, good bathroom.

I have been here before. It could be cleaner, and could do with a little maintenance.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. The rooms were close together, which suited us as a family. Staff were very helpful.
