good breakfast good variety can cover many tastes. It was my birthday and the hotel baked me a yummy chocolate birthday cake which they brought to the room. A lovely surprise.

Clean and little bit comfort

Despite the fact that it was extremely hot outside, the air conditioning was terrible. And I raised this with the facility manager, who confirmed that this is the most he can do.

The room was spacious and comfortable the hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

I had a spacious room with a balcony offering a nice view over Sfax and the Mediterranean. A plate with different pieces of fruit was put on the desk which was a very nice welcoming gift.

Close to the hotel was a nightclub and they were playing loud music into the early hours.

The location and the effort of the staff

The quality of the services were not up to standard.For lunch we had some lefting of a soccer team: pasta, some salads and fruit.We could see damaged courtains and chairs in the buffet room.The pool on the terrace, strength of the bulding itself, was closed - with no more reason given.I invited a relative to have dinner with me and my sister and he wasn't accepted by the guard as he wasn't wearing an appropriate outfit... disappointing since I had dinner later and saw people wearing bath suits...

not clean, not comfortable and awful reception staff

the reception staff was awful and rude when I check out. she could not prepare a doc in 25 min.

Nice room, nice bathroom, good restaurant and friendly staff. Central location was useful.

I did not like being charged a LOT more for the first night than the booked price. And I did not like being told it was because of the change in exchange rate which was patently absurd (I am a trader and had the TND/EUR chart open in an instant). The next two nights, that I paid for later, were priced lower though. The central location, while useful, was noisy.

Good choice of hot and cold items for the price of the breakfast, quality generally good except for the fruit juice which was a sugary squash not juice.Dinner was very good , excellent quality and presentation in the a la carte restaurant .We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years and return because overall it has a great central location and the staff are welcoming.

Needed to change rooms 3 times , first night room was too noisy , second was rejected but 3 rd one offered was good We were informed that there was to be a refurbishment early 2023.

The location was ok and there was parking.

We booked three rooms and a suite but were not allowed to bring in lunch from outside although they only had one bad rated restaurant, breakfast was horrible and we found dead flys inside of food. The front desk charged us the room rate in Tunisian dinar but when we check out we had to add around 200 Tunis dinar because the currency exchange went up which is totally disrespectful and rip off and first time I ever hear about this in the world. They will do anything to take money out of you. During the night it was totally loud and couldn’t sleep because of music.

nothing and it didn’t deserve a single penny

no food or drinks are allowed from outside and they only have one restaurant which is disgusting and we found dead fly in the breakfast, room service is open till 12 am.the security and reception try to do anything in order to take money out of this us, for example we paid the rooms in dinar but the next day they told us the exchange rate gone up and we had to add more. security requested money in order for us to enter with lunch inside. the rooms were dirty, and music was really really loud all night.
