Very nice and well maintained property, staff is super friendly and lots of amenities in the room. I was really surprised to see the cleanliness and well-maintained property and hence asked the staff if this is a new hotel and surprisingly it is a 20 years old. However, super clean, nice and in perfect shape like new. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Actually nothing as everything was flawless!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were both competent & friendly. Parking was easy & the breakfast was good.

The biggest problem we had was no wi-fi in the room. My husband was able to pull the desk chair up to the door to the room and get wi-fi but that was neither comfortable nor convenient. The elevator was quirky, sometimes accepting our room card key & sometimes not. There are too few room outlets for modern electronic needs. Finally, there are no good restaurants within walking distance.

The Borj is an outstanding value for comfortable luxury in Tunisia.Well appointed, with modern comforts, it is centrally located with secure private parking.Impeccably quiet for a good night's rest, the breakfast is a treat for the morning.The restaurant and bar offer reasonably priced beers but we had seafood dinner at the port.Overall, amazing value if one overnights in Sfax

Bed a little firm for my soft taste

The breakfast was great and the hotel is amazing—this is my second time staying here.The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center; it's not within walking distance, so you'll need to take a taxi.That said, everything else is excellent—the variety at breakfast, the cleanliness, and the overall service.I definitely recommend it, and the next time I'm in Sfax, I’ll stay here again!

The location

The room doors can’t be locked from the inside. Nor was there a chain or any kind of option to secure no entry by intruders during sleep hours. Anyone from the staff can swipe their card and enter the room if they wanted to.

The hotel met our expectations and well above. It's a place full of lovely details, both in terms of decoration and service. The breakfast so far was the best we had in Tunisia. Lovely to have a great cup of coffee, not too strong as everywhere else. Rooms smelled nicely. The swimming pool was a big extra. All staff members work hard and are very friendly.

Super clean, served breakfast, parking, personalized service

The hotel exceeded our expectations. To be honest, if I visit Sfax again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options, and the bed was very comfortable. Honestly, I would rate it 11 out of 10!

Very clean and close to the downtown . It is far from traffic . Food so delicious , local and international. Food quality and chef are top top top ❤️Usually it is my first choice when I come visit Sfax.

There is maintenance or big cleaning process . The room was not properly ready, there is almost no towels and cleaning kits only after calling.Staff does not read and respect the signs hanged on the door. ( we were sleeping and hanging “do not disturb please “ , they come multiple times and no knocked the door until we open just to bring the welcome fruit box ?) The service was slow and redemption doesn’t know anything around the hotel or in the hotel, she did not answer our questions about Ramadhan party and activities in the same hotel ? that was awkward because i was at the reception asking about activities, she always answered “ please call this number or call again .

The hotel is clean but the breakfast was not good.

The bed and mattress need improvement

Everything was very good. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. The pool is great and the spa was relaxing with a good massage.

Stunning architecture slightly away from the frantic city centre traffic. Attentive, helpful staff. Always first choice in Sfax.

There is nothing not to like.

Hospitality and politeness of the staff. All time smiling and warm welcoming. Very nice Breakfast. Nice and clean king size room. We also admired the welcome gift in our room.

The facilities of this hotel is very good, it has lift and sizeable swimming, and a very good restaurant which high quality food. The included breakfast is of very high quality, we also have dinner in the restaurant, the food and services are good with reasonable price.

The street the hotel located is a bit not in line with the hotel class.

Very comfortable beds, extremely clean and smart hotel with free secure off-street parking. Good wifi in the room. Welcome basket of fruit was nice. Decent breakfast selection.

The restaurant is poor value, not great food but high prices. The hotel room was excellent but there are far better eating options within a few minutes walk.
