The best Riad in Morocco! Hotel employee is an excellent host and Said the best tour guide imaginable. Highly recommended.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and heating is very comfortable. Daily breakfast makes it a big difference.

The property clean, and the Riad is beautifully renovated. What really stands out, though, is the service and the kindness of the team especially Ahmed. He speaks excellent English, and he’s very knowledgeable about the history of Fez.

The Hammam was about a 10 minute walk away. They did however send a man to walk you there and back

We spent two nights in this riad. Palais Nasha Fes is very authentic, it takes you back in time. Rooms are huge with plenty of space. The location is excellent, with the short walk to the medina. Staff, especially Ahmed, is very hospitable and helpful if you need any advice. We spend some time chatting with them. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with typical Morrocan dishes.

Its location was excellent, being in the old Medina. The new settlement can be reached affordably by taxi. The staff were also very polite and helpful.

The fact that the toilet and the room were separated by a glass partition was a bad experience.

We stayed four nights with my mother and had a great experience. The riad was very clean, comfortable, and set in a beautiful location, with a short ride to the medina. The room was spacious and full of charm and character, which made the stay feel relaxing and special.Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with several delicious Moroccan dish options. Free Wi-Fi was available and worked well, which made it easy to stay in contact with family.The staff were outstanding—kind, welcoming, and always helpful, specially Mr Ahmed. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay and were always ready to assist with anything we needed.We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

I stayed at this Riad at Fez for a night and the stay was really comfortable. A special shout out to Mr. Ahmed, Abdul and Naim for the warm reception and taking really good care of us. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We stayed for two nights as a couple and had a really great experience overall. The stay was comfortable, the place was very clean, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. Being a Moroccan riad, it had a lot of charm and character, which made the experience feel special and relaxing.What really stood out was the people working there. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we felt comfortable at all times. Thanks to them, everything felt easy and pleasant from start to finish.I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.

The staff were exceptional! Ahmed and Abdul were incredible hosts. We were on our honeymoon and it was the perfect place. The cleaning staff made sure that everything was spotless. We stayed in the immaculate executive suite which was exquisite. We enjoyed learning the history from Abdul. Naime was an excellent night host. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Palais Nazha and will certainly return to be treated like royalty!

overall the riad is fine

Workers of the riad was disturbing and haven't had a clear communication, on the words the promised one thing - when it came to prove it by message - they refused from their promise. Workers of riad even reached us in another property - just because they couldn't find the towel, when it was inside their cabinet.

We had a great time here! Omar had contacted me prior to our arrival to make sure we found parking, met us at the parking lot and helped us with our bags to the hotel. He was so helpful and kind, 10/10! Anas was also very friendly and offered to help us with our bags the day we left. All staff really were so lovely. Room was beautiful and so was the restaurant :)

The beautiful property, very fine artwork on walls and doors, high ceilings, very tall wood doors. The staff were very very helpful.

While in the Medina, not close enough to cafes and restaurants and needed a lot of climbing to get to the Blue Gate. Took a cab twice. Do not try to visit the central madrasas and squares of the Medina on your own. Google Maps cannot locate you with enough resolution to help you find your way, and single men will purposefully misdirect you. It happened again and again. Predictably.

The beautiful interior, intricate artwork, tall doors, spacious suites. The wonderful and extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Kudos to them. They arranged private cars to Meknes and Volubilis and back, and a one-way car to Chefchaouen. The driver was terrific. A nice terrace gets shade after noon. The staff also came with us to the road to hail taxis for us twice during our stay.

A bit noisy because of guests enjoying the terrace loudly and noise early in the morning from people preparing for breakfast.

We had a fantastic experience at Palais Nazha in Fes. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly accommodated our early check-in without hesitation — a gesture we truly appreciated after a long drive. The riad is ideally located — just a short walk from the public parking and very close to the main attractions of the medina.I wouldn't drive into the streets to find the "closer" parking - the public parking across the main road is super cheap, big and not that far away, really.Breakfast was delicious and generous, with fresh local specialties served in a lovely setting. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, offering a quiet retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.Overall, Palais Nazha combines excellent hospitality, comfort, and convenience — a perfect choice for anyone visiting Fes!
