- You instantly feel like at home. Ayoub made us feel welcomed and the service was on top. The room was comfortable and everything was provided. Recommend this stay 100%
- Excellent attitude by the staff. A young guy called "Ayoub" was an excellent guide, able to communicate in Arabic, French and better English which really helped in making the stay very exceptionally good.

- The location. Need more sign post to be able to locate the hostel withing Old Medina - Fez. Google Map update will be a good idea.
