- The hotel was so beautifully decorated. The hotel service was very personable. The view on the terrace was out of this world. I LOVED the scented soaps and shampoos. Breakfast was phenomenal.
- I really the manager that is working there. He is very friendly, he welcomed us at the parking lot to carry our luggages and leaded us to the Riad. The Riad is so beautiful, the view on the terrace is amazing. It’s the tallest building in the town where you can see the sunrise and the view of the whole Medina. The manager gave us free tea and orange juice. He showed us the map and told us where to go. I think the main reason this property is highly rated is because of this manager. Thumbs up!
- The riad is beautiful, and the staff is SUPER friendly. Unfortunately, staying so close to the medina is not safe. Walking around after dusk and night can be very very dangerours, and people in the medina (specially youths) are not friendly at all. One feeld very unsafe.

- The glass door for the bathroom was a little weird. Otherwise, no complaints!

The atmosphere and architecture were absolutely stunning. It's a wonderful place with exceptional staff. A special thanks to Anas. Despite our late check-in at night, he warmly welcomed us with Moroccan tea and traditional sweets and kindly assisted us with our luggage. Truly outstanding service.Highly recommended. 5/5 ?
Well located inside the Medina. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and room and hotel itself were beautifully accommodated.
Our room smelled a little bit moldy but was not bad enough to take away from a great experience.
Great staff, nice roof deck, great location, beautiful court yard for breakfast. We had the large suite on the top floor. Very spacious and good shutters so it was nice and dark and quiet in the morning. The bed was super hard and the A/C was loud and hard to control. I would stay here again.
It was very near to the important places of the Medina, very confortable rooms and nice common places.Workers are very kind with the clients helping as much as they could.Breakfast is also very good.
The roof of the room was a bit too low
The staff was amazing and the Riad was incredibly beautiful. We had a palatial suite and were treated like royalty! We had a really great stay here and all of the staff recommendations for restaurants were amazing.
Not sure how to answer the safety question - we were escorted everywhere - so I'm not sure if that was stellar service or concern for our safety. It was during Ramadan - so may not be a fair assessment for year-round.
The communal areas were fabulous, very luxurious and clean and well kept. The staff were lovely and attentive made me feel really welcome. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.
My Room was a bit of a disappointment. To be honest, it was a bit shabby and the bathroom was in need of refurbishment. The shower wasn’t working properly and there was a smell of damp.
Large spacious room. Great location in the medina - not deep inside but just enough to still be able to go beyond the walls. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Our stay was at the end of January, and so the rooms were cold, requiring heat in both the bedroom and the bathroom. I imagine in the summer the riad would be bright and the coolness would be very welcoming. We had booked the deluxe triple and the shower was very awkward
Feel and experience in Morocco style riad inside the Medina. The staff of Riad Braya are all awesome. What say special thank to Tariq who was the main staff taking care of us during our stay there. Tariq is very friendly and professional. The quality and value staying at Riad Braya exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
One of the best places you could ever stay in Fes. Everything about this property is incredible. The riad is so beautiful and huge. The property is kept clean constantly. The staff is really however the best part. Most hospitable people I’ve come across. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your experience.
I can’t say anything I didn’t like. It was all perfect!
Bathroom was very tiny, v had to bend to do shower. Staff is really good & very helpful.
Tiny bathroom & low shower.
This Riad is beautiful, walking distance to market area and other attractions. The owner and the receptionist were extremely helpful and welcoming, offering us a great experience with them. We would definitely pick this place again in the future.
The location of the riad is fantastic, right in the heart of Fes, making it easy to explore the city. The team working at the riad were polite, helpful, and attentive. They assisted us with our luggage from the parking area, provided a dish of fresh fruits upon arrival, and were always courteous. The staff's effort to make us comfortable was much appreciated.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a major issue related to the booking process and the way management handled it. As a frequent traveler with my wife and two young children, I have booked dozens of hotels through Booking.com. I always book as two adults and then mention in the special requests that we are traveling with two babies, requesting baby cots. This has never been a problem before, even at other properties with clear policies. In fact, only once in my entire experience did I encounter an issue – a hotel that did not accept children. However, they informed me in advance, and we canceled without any extra charge. For this stay, I booked the most expensive room (the Deluxe Suite) for three nights, costing over €600, to ensure we had enough space for our family. I sent my usual request for baby cots, but Riad Braya did not respond. Had they replied, I could have addressed the issue beforehand or even canceled the booking and chosen another property. The lack of communication was frustrating, as other hotels have always responded to such requests, even if they couldn't accommodate them.Upon arrival, I requested the baby cots. The staff informed me that the manager refused to provide them and instead offered an extra bed for an additional charge. I explained that our older child isn't even three yet, and that we specifically chose a large room because we are a family. The staff member insisted that this was the manager’s policy and suggested that I should have included the children in the booking search. However, this is impractical because Booking.com often suggests booking two separate rooms, which makes no sense for a family with babies.Despite my efforts to explain and request flexibility, we were forced to pay extra for the additional bed. I even asked to speak with the manager, but was told he was abroad in Europe, and that this policy would not be changed.
Beautiful riad in the medina, close to all the main attractions but an oasis away from the noise and crowds.Staff were wonderful.
Compare to the other area of Medina, I would say its location is quite good and near to the main road as well as the blue gate. It looks like the pictures.
The AC was cool enough and sometimes even made me feel cold. But the AC controller was not functioning well that I couldn’t adjust the temperature.
Lovely property, very spacious. The staff were unbelievable, nothing was a problem, especially Anour and Mahommad. I think it was the staff that made our trip so memorable.
Lots of stairs.
Clean, good location, extremely friendly staff. Friendly staff made all the difference.
Room is way too dark. Dark floors. Dark ceilings. Not well lit. The bathtub in that room (I believe it was no 7 ) was tooo high and nothing to support the person going in or out of it. Is really dangerous.
The Staff who took care of us was very helpful, friendly, patient and has a lot passion for his job. He was very nice to introduce us to all the tourist destinations in town, along with their culture, bringing us to the rooftop, showing us the view of the city.
