Pros +
- such a wonderful place to be , very warm and the stuff as well, the manager Meryem makes our stay wonderful, she gave us a map with a lot of explanation where to go and the places where to eat. Thank you soo much for this beautiful experience
- Location: is great, close to the key attractions, quite Riad in a side street. No noise at all.Staff: Mariam is really awesome. all the staff are very nice. Mariam really added to the Riad, she gave me tips on where to buy spices and some other things.Breakfast : Omelette, bread, jam and butter. This is the typical breakfast around Morocco.
- The location, breakfast, room and the hotel itself was great, everyone working there were really kind and helpful during our stay, thanks to all of them we felt at home. Miriam helped us organize our stay and arranged the guides and the transportations. We visited Fez on our first day with Rıdwan he was a great guide and we had a daytrip to Chefchaouen on our second day I would recommend both.
Cons -
- Thinking back, the room might need some extra lights.
- Room was located immediately adjacent the main sitting area for all the guests. With young children this made it noisy late into the evening. The bathroom was cramped and outdated. Note that young children (<7 years) are not allowed at this location.
- Our top floor room had only one chair for the two of us and there was no stool, table, bench or anything where we could both seat or place our suitcases.

This is a gem of a spot in Fes! The location is ideal, with most sights within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and attentive at all hours. The interior is lovely, with traditional decor and modern touches. The rooftop terrace has spectacular views of the city (and sunrise), and you can enjoy your breakfast up there.
The quiet location nearby the blue gate, and I must give a special complement to the attention to detail in the amenities! Top quality natural cotton linens, thoughtful interior styling. Merieme is the best and she and her team were excellent for hospitality and so knowledgable about local craft shops and restaurants
I loved Riad Tizwa. It’s a stunning Riad in a wonderful location made all the more magical because of Meriem and her wonderful staff. They’re kind, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful hosts. Meriem made everything so easy. Stay here!
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was on point
Room was located immediately adjacent the main sitting area for all the guests. With young children this made it noisy late into the evening. The bathroom was cramped and outdated. Note that young children (<7 years) are not allowed at this location.
Breakfast was served in traditional pottery whenever you were ready in the morning, no pressure. Unique and comfortable room, felt like being in a palace/museum, spent hours looking at the decorations on the ceiling. Such a warm welcome, advice and support from Merieme and staff on anything we needed, could not be more grateful!
The manager and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location of the Riad was perfect and the roof terraces a great asset to this nice Riad.
Our top floor room had only one chair for the two of us and there was no stool, table, bench or anything where we could both seat or place our suitcases.
Great location - in the Medina but peaceful. Lovely suite, plenty of room but best thing was Merieme and her team. Nothing was too much trouble. Great recommendations, transfers arranged, tour of Medina arranged with knowledgeable and very nice guide. Let us check out late and provided lots of mint tea. Breakfast was good and very plentiful too.
Welcoming staff, large room and great roof top garden. Excellent breakfasts.
Very convenient access, beautiful architecture, friendly staff and clean. I really liked the soap they had in the room and I requested to purchase to take memory home:)
We spent two nights at Riad Tizwa Fes and really enjoyed our stay. The building is beautiful and the staff are wonderful and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The location was easily walkable to everything we'd planned to see/do in Fes.
Good location, quiet, lovely staff, very clean, excellent breakfast
Well located, beautiful, friendly staff. It's quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was cute and good!
The riad is beautiful and spacious but there are minor things that could be improved (shower/toilet). The service though is absolutely superb - Merieme and staff are the best! They made sure we were comfortable all the time. Breakfast was also always fresh and very good.
Loved the atmosphere, location and staff were exceptional!
The mattress was very hard and we suggest a mattress comforter would help improve the exceptional experience we had.
Extremely clean. Very attentive staff. Small amenities we really enjoyed - black soap in room, bath robes, mint tea offered when we came back from long day trips. This was our first Riad in Morroco and really set the bar high. Location is amazing as well. 2 minutes away from taxis and just outside the hustle and bustle of the medina to feel like we are close to the action without getting overwhelmed by it
Honestly nothing
What a find! We couldn't have been happier! From the minute we stepped inside this magnificent, authentic riad, we knew we had found our home in the Fes medina. Our own little oasis, away from the hustle and bustle and heat. It was in the perfect location and our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Merieme and staff made us feel welcome, were responsive, approachable and couldn't do enough for us. We highly recommend this riad! 10/10
Beautiful! All our question were solved. Good recommendations (restaurants, massage, fun)
