The location is perfect, within walking distance from the Medina. Get a tour guide through the hotel and you will have a wonderful time. The hammam was fantastic and we would highly recommend.

Staff was excellent and took such good care of us. Every morning, he got our breakfast ready right on time, even though it was Ramadan. He took care of our check in and check out single handedly and even booked transfers from the airport.

Breakfast was only average. Staff spoke poor English.

The staff, especially Hamza, was so helpful and friendly. Being Gluten free, can be difficult, but they accommodated us for both breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed a traditional Hamman on property. The room was very comfortable and relaxed.

Since the rooms have stone floors I recommend giving flip flops to the guests against the cold floors

Our host Tahir was enormously helpful to us planning our trip, getting us a great guide and a restaurant to celebrate New Year’s Eve. I absolutely recommend the Riad Zamane!

The room is very spacious and beautiful.

On our first night at the riad, our shower was clogged until the bathroom was flooded when we took a shower. When we reported it to the staff, he said this has never happened before but then he actually tried to wipe the floor and told us that the cleaner will clean it in the morning. We noticed the shower no longer clogged the next couple of nights. So I guess they fixed it when we were away. When we requested to borrow an iron to iron some of our clothes, we were told to send them to a pressing shop instead. Not a big deal for us but there’s no basic amenities like TV and kettle.

The staff were all kind and accommodating. The food was delicious as the pre-order dinners. The mom experience was worth it and an extra tip was happily paid. We loved Hamza, Tahir, cook and housekeeping staff. Will be back as soon as we can. We miss you ALL, lots, already.!!

Loved the staff. Hamzaa and Tahir were very friendly and accommodating. Hamzaa provided great help all day to any needs we had. The food was delicious there. The room was very nice. The location is very close to the medina area.

I recommend not to venture out late at night as it could get a little uncomfortable but otherwise it was a safe area.

I’m one of those people who rarely writes reviews—usually only after an exceptionally good or bad experience. This riad is truly a Moroccan gem.We spent a week traveling through the country—staying in a riad in Marrakech, taking a private desert tour, and finally arriving in Fez. This was the only place where we genuinely felt welcomed like home.The staff did an excellent job from start to finish—beginning with the booking confirmation, communication before arrival, and throughout our stay. We were served a traditional Moroccan welcome tea upon check-in, our room was spotless, and the homemade dinner was both delicious and beautifully presented.The assistance we received during our stay was wonderful—every question we had was answered. We celebrated my husband’s birthday here, and they even arranged a cake with a candle for him.I have to say, this was the only place in Morocco where we didn’t feel overcharged (which, let’s be honest, is often part of the Moroccan experience). It was refreshing to be treated as guests, not as walking wallets.Thank you for your warm hospitality—we wish you all the best!

VERY nice staff, they really take best care. Beautiful Riad. Beautiful rooms for a couple. Romantic and spacious. Breakfast is GREAT. They even took care for a birthday cake for our sons birthday.

Only pity was the additional bed for our 13 year son. It was very hard and very small. So best not book for more then 2 persons per room.

Riad zamane has all the qualities to be a high level boutique hotel: all the rooms were highly curated and clean. The spa service was easy to book and satisfactory not only for the treatment, which was a great way to relax after a long walk in Fès Medina, but also made better by the kindness of the masseuse staff. Not only was the place great but the wonderful staff made it go above and beyond: they were kind, made sure every guest’s need were satisfied and even arranged a guided tour of Fès through contacts with no added fee for the call.

The Riad was wonderful. From the beautiful interiors to the people running it, everything was perfect. The dinners in the Riad were delicious and the breakfast was one of a kind. The staff was extremely helpful with everything and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back to this Riad

Clean, good location, great staff.

Breakfast was really goodstaff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Right next to madina makes it a awesome location.

Only thing I didn't like is that you have to park the car outside the little ally the riad is located in so transferring the luggage can be a hassle. But if you ask the Riad workers they are happy to bring the luggage for you

The room was lovely with a sitting area. Great attention to detail. Very bright and welcoming. Lots of lights and electrical plugs. Breakfast and dinner were great. The staff was exceptional.
