    Pros +

    • It is an amazing hotel. We felt like walked into a palace. We were warmly greeted and welcomed right away, and were upgraded to a Jr suite upon check in. The Jr suite is like a miniature palace with amazing views into the court yard. The breakfast is great and so are the dinner, with amazing views into the Medina. This hotel made our Fez stay extra memorable!
    • Everything. Room was incredible - we had the Ambassador suite and it was palatial. Pool was fantastic, restaurant fantastic, common areas fantastic, incredible Library, great location, extremely professional staff.
    • Absolutely amazing, truly a masterpiece! Honestly, without exaggeration, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We booked a standard room and they upgraded us to a luxury suite. The hotel itself feels like a museum — you could spend half a day just enjoying and admiring all the beautiful details. This is the kind of hotel I wouldn’t mind paying $1000 a night for. The staff are super friendly, awesome, and everything about the place is just great. The only issue is that they should improve the service of the dark-skinned waitress in the restaurant

    Cons -

    • Nothing at all.
    • The only issue is that they should improve the service of the dark-skinned waitress in the restaurant
    • I had to climb 2 story by stairs to reach my room. No elevator.

Room was good, and the design

I had to climb 2 story by stairs to reach my room. No elevator.

The hotel was magnificent. Beautiful room. A wonderful bar. And the food at the restaurant was top notch.

    It was all good.

    Fantastic palace, very well renovated

The standard rooms are actually no suites. There is almost no daylight, no air from outside, no bathtub

    7DellaPosted on: 12-20-2024

    Location & palace it self!

The decor is tacky for such a beautiful palace ! I asked for a view and I got a room with no views. Value for money is not good !

Restoration of the palace and room design and spaciousness

    10RobinPosted on: 12-9-2024

    Beautiful place. Great breakfast

The service was not at expectation of hotel. No one showed us how to use things in the room (heat, safe), not helpful with directions, needed to ask for everything.

    10AlaaPosted on: 11-23-2024

The design was traditional and great its like historical palace. The details of floor, ceiling and rooms are great. You feel like you are at Empire palace.

The breakfast was so simple, there is no varieties in everything. They need to include an international menu.

The restaurant is great, convenient to call taxi, far from the core of the old town

Room is old fashioned and small and not much cute public corners as in a Riad

    Réal palace

The cook for the restaurant is not very good to our taste !! Lack of taste ! The menu is very interesting but doesn’t taste anything!

This is perfection. I felt like a princess!Staff was amazing, kind, professional. My room was luxurious. The facilities were extremely clean and quiet. Food was delicious. Entertainment ( story telling and music) was fab!

    Nothing at all.

Check-in was great, and we were upgraded due to the booking saying we had a bath, and the room category we had did not have one, so we were given a great room. The manager and check-in team were very kind, and the checkout team was also brilliant. Service was superb throughout. Great location

A number of powerpoints were not working for some reason

    Lovely quiet setting

Bar service was very slow, had to wait 30 minutes for drinks and equally for the food (lunch). The service for dinner was somewhat better but the food very average, one of my guests ordered veal, which was definitely not veal but beef!We were recommended a guide who was a disappointment! His main preoccupation was to take us to his buddies for commission. Shared very little of the rich history, no madrassas, or any places of class, which we requested. Made a very poor impression of Fez to my VIP guests!

    8DoreenPosted on: 9-20-2024

Good restaurant. Food and service were good.Staff helpful and keen to assist from check in to check out.

    8AdrianusPosted on: 8-27-2024

Terrace of the restaurant. Quiet place. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff.

Bathroom quite small compared to the room. Shower in the bathtub, not very comfortable. Curtains in the room didn't close completely so meaning that at 06/06:30 your room is not dark anymore which is annoying for sleeping.Food was good but according to the price and the 5* venue could have been much better. The cafe/bar; very cold inside coz of aircon. They give access to the bar for non guests.

As a hospitality and luxury enthusiast. I cant tell you how impressed I was by this hotel. Very exceptional hospitality like I have never experienced before. Moroccan hospitality at its finest. The authentic tiles, the smell of roses, the quality furniture, everything is detailed and perfect. I will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you also to Meryem who took care of us an allowed us to check in late and check our early.

    Everything perfect.

Authentic Moorish and well maintained Palace with a pool. Close to Old Fez. Few steps away from Medina. Gorgeous rooftop restaurant for diners and breakfast. Polite staff. Clean rooms , extra nice duvet on the bed. Parking inside is available for free.Strongly recommend. We were upgraded to a suit, as travelled in low season, that gave us an extra perk.

    All perfect.
