Great location and good staff. Youssef was particularly good. Also, hot tea in the afternoon in the lobby was a real treat

The bathroom hasn’t been updated since probably the 1960s. There is an ashtray permanently mounted next to the toilet and a hard line phone next to the bidet. Are you really going to use these things together ?

Although an old facility, it kept an excellent quality of services and care. It is clean, welcoming and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Centrally located it is close to all facilities.

Food quality and variety could be improved.

It’s noisy At 3-4am you would hear banging noise from upper rooms It’s happened to me twice and i made complaint

Pool and breakfast were fantastic. Great location, only a short ride to the Medina. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Royal Mirage Hotel with my friend. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Security was excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The room and facilities were spotless, and all services were top quality. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

All perfect nothing to complain

No AC in the room, bad breakfast, Furniture is old ..

Bell boys and Housekeeping staff were very good. Breakfast was decent.

Arrived 4:30 pm sent to room, on arrival in room was not clean, beddings from previous guests were still in room. We left room to go to city, on return to room found no fridge, minibar or cold water. On calling told us those facilities not included, had to go down to reception they also refused. Staff sent us to go outside the hotel to convenience store to buy water. Though later when we were in bed after 10 pm, water bottle and fruit was sent to us in room. Too late. Next morning I checked my booking details, minibar was included in the amenities that I showed to the Reception desk staff. Still they were not helpful. I had to talk to the supervisor who acknowledged we should have a minibar in room and she will make sure it is placed in the room. Again on return from the city tour at night there was no fridge or water. We were tired to argue with them again. By the way every time we had an interaction with front desk staff, including check in, they will ask us to wait for 5 minutes as system is down. Even there was no other customer being served. There was light outside the room during the night. The windows had on one panel of curtain as shown in picture. We didn't made a complaint at night, as didn't want to make an other issue.

Beautiful layout, gardens, nice rooms and comfortable bed

The breakfast was really really good and the pool area was beautiful and big. The breakfast service staff were amazing. The room was quiet and it was nice to have a balcony.

The hotel is very old and it shows. Maintenance could be better. The fridge in our room wasn't working but they replaced it. It seemed there wasn't enough front desk staff. Each time we needed to speak with them we waited a long time and when we did speak with them our interactions were quite confusing even though they were pleasant.

Large Room

Safe not working, curtains didn’t close - both reported on site.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. Front desk accomodated our request fir a late check out and helped print out boarding passes which is required at Moroccan airports.

Buffet had stale and cold food. Only the omlette station was good at breakfast. Staff though polite looked constantly frazzled and disinterested.

The pool and the garden are very well maintained. The room is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant service and reception is excellent.

The building is quite old and in need of refurbishment.

Never disappointed! Mohamed and Lamya at the reception are always welcoming and attentive, and Mohamed Amine the bagagiste is incredibly helpful and kind.
