Room not cleaned, floor dusty, king bed was requested but didn't get it, wirless internet was very slow in the lobby and not even working in the room, no room service, no tea bags in room after requesting twice.

The staff was awesome, food and buffets excellent, even the maid's were aware of our needs...i was sick while I was there and everyone was extremely helpful and supportive and caring. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location and the staff specifically Mr Bilal was very helpful and welcoming because of him we had special stay at Barcelo and will come again the impact of the staff at 1 st place is very important, also the lady housekeeping very nice lady ?

The buffet scarcely various , needs a broad enhancement to be undertaken. The underground parking space is narrow it couldn’t contain all the guest’s cars
