- I really liked the location, the amenities were clean and the staff was friendly and polite.
- Lovely room, made to order breakfast, friendly staff.
- I like the friendly staff they were helpful.the location is good.the breakfast was good.
Cons -
- I would love more local breakfast options but that's minor. Ii ts not a dislike just a desire.
- I requested a quiet room on my reservation and was told it was confirmed however, upon check-in but was given a room facing the street. I explained to the gentleman that it was imperative that I sleep since I was on a group tour (also staying at this hotel ) and paid for a room out of pocket due to sleep issues yet it was the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in. To the point where I called reception at 2 AM and had to move myself the next morning because staff wouldn’t be arriving for a few more hours and our tour was leaving for the day. I needed to use the safe and refrigerator in my room so leaving my luggage in the room wasn’t an option . It’s Very disappointing that I lost a nights sleep as this could easily been avoided by putting me across the room where I was moved the next morning. I had a fantastic nights sleep the second night and the hotel was practically empty, so absolutely no reason why I shouldn’t been given that room the first night.
- The hotel lacks the basics; As there is no water heater, and when I asked, I was told that there was no one in the room, and when I insisted because my daughter was sick and needed to drink something hot, one of the hotel workers gave me her own water heater! Also, there is no iron in the hotel, and when I asked, they said we have a laundry service for a sum of money! And when I asked for an additional card to open the door, and we were two people in the room, they said that there was no one, and they sent the worker with me to open the door!As for when I left the hotel, they told me that I ate Pringles from the minibar and I did not eat it, but I arranged the room and mistakenly put it in my coffee bag, and when I realized I returned it immediately, but I was shocked that the worker who cleaned the room had taken a picture of the bag containing the Pringles knowing That the check out was the next day and not the same day

Poor
Plumbing issue, the bathroom was flooded by water falling from the sink to the ground. No hot water, staff asked to wait 10 minutes with the water running for the water to heat up. There was no manager on site during the weekend to deal with our issues. Staff was friendly but asked to wait until Monday to speak with a manager.
Air conditioning didnt work, asked staff to fix it, or come up with a solution, they didn't do either. Breakfast was terrible, we arrived at 10 (breakfast finished at 10:30) everything was gone and machine's turned off. Staff very unhelpful and rude. Except the staff helping with baggage.

Wonderful hotel—I’d gladly stay here again! Maha at reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room and bathroom are spacious, and they provide complimentary toiletries. Highly recommended!
The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as we noticed some hair left in the shower area. My husband was also disappointed with the coffee, and we found the breakfast to be quite standard. Additionally, we observed that while flags from other Arab countries were displayed outside the hotel, the Omani flag was missing. It would mean a lot to us to see the Omani flag next time we visit.
Location, staff were very good.
Breakfast was average.Room needs hot water boiler, or coffee maker.
Standard four star hotel (allegedly). Great roof terrace with sweeping views and a small swimming pool. Very efficient lifts - you never wait more than a few seconds even when busy. Good breakfast
I did not feel that this hotel represents good value. I have stayed in five star hotels in Morocco that were much better and yet cost less. Do not pay with Euros at Check-in, they give you a poor rate of exchange. Rooms on the street side can be noisy at night with the traffic below (I had asked for a room at the back away from the street but did not get one - at least the view was good). Do not order a coffee on the roof terrace - it was expensive and poor quality. The light sensors (floor 5) don't pick up movement straight away - this meant I had to use the torch on my mobile when going out of my room.
Rooftop and the location
tv was not working for the entire time there
The roof top was great and food was nice and the prices were great. the location is near a police HQ so it was extra safe.
the size of the pool was too small and the spa was female only which was not mentioned in the details of booking
Well kept property with spacious room and nice breakfast included
A bit hard to find too many eating places nearby but we still managed to find a good pasta place, Paul’s bakery and Moroccan restaurant right next to the hotel. Overall good for a few night’s stay
Friendly and helpfull staff.Excellent breakfast.Very clean. The roof top.
Only stayed for one night, received higher floor room like requested with view of city .
The staff weren’t very helpful, didn’t help carry suitcase or get a taxi to the airport. They couldn’t answer questions about places to go or cost of taxi rides to different destinations. It wasn’t walking distance to any attractions. Breakfast had no options and the Restaurant was a mess with dirty breakfast dishes and cups on all the tables . Nobody cleared after so there was limited seating once I arrived.
Central location , very cleanConfortable bedIl come back
No thing
We liked the spacious room including the bathroom with walk-in shower. Also ,we had all the ammenities you would expect in a 4* hotel.
The fact that we did not have time to use the pool since we spent only one night there, and we had to leave rather early for the Desert tour.
The modern, luxurious furnishings. Very comfy bed, lovely shower. View from the roof. The staff very attentive and helpful.
Room on the main road, so noisy didn't sleep. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.
Yes great hotel nice and clean, I love the bed is comfortable and big , the smell of this hotel was amazing , the staff very helpful and friendly
Breakfast end very early I pay it but I couldn’t eat anything in my day at the hotel , also I had problems with room key didn’t open in one occasion the day before end my book and the housekeeper had to open my room in this occasion
Only a few years old, and still fresh and smart; our conventionally laid-out room was immaculate and very comfortable. Located some 20mins walk from the station on an attractive wide boulevard, there's a reasonable spread of restaurants and shops in the local area.
Wifi was slow; and we were disappointed that the airport transfer we'd ordered and confirmed on arrival failed to materialise (it didn't take long to get a taxi, though, DH200).
Deluxe room was spacious. Parking in front of the hotel was nice
Showerhead was broken room 501
We were able to find a free parking spot for our rental car in the small roads nearby. Nice view from the balcony.
The room was nice, but the window didn‘t close tight so all the traffic from the main street was quite hearable all the time (even with ear plugs at night). The stuff is nice but extremely unattentive. There were never enough coffeemugs at breakfast and we took the cutlery we needed from another table, because the ones at our table were used. Wouldnt stay here again, as the price/Performance ratio was quite bad.
