Internet connectivity, the size of beds were small, towels are sometimes not provided, the food at the restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Zéphyr Targa during my business trip to Marrakech. The hotel is perfect: the rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The value for money is just incredible! A great place that I highly recommend!

Its a beautiful property

Staff has no sense of customer service. They kept disturbing me when i told them i have been up all night. Also later when i explained this to front desk, their answer was its ok.....

I appreciated the effort of all ZEPHYR TARGA Hotel staff especially Awatif Hmidach from F&B and Hasna from reception. They were going above and beyond to serve customer’s satisfaction.

even thou said wifi was included, there was no wifi access in the room. only worked at the pool and in the lobby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very negative experience. On my first night, someone tried to open my door in the morning, which was incredibly unsettling. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in my room Additionally , sheets were dirty,the staff were unhelpful I expected much better for the price I paid.

DIRTYYYY and Not clean - I had insects in the room not cleaned for the entire stay and i told the staff 4 times - bed too old not comfortable.

I liked the hotel in general.

The WiFi in the room was not available The sliding door couldn't be lockedThe key was not working a couple of times Wasn't able to check in at 3pm. Took 2 hours to check in.

Nice swimming pool and spa with professional massage

Lady at reception desk was constantly rude ignorant laughing - everything was answered with I don’t know, no proper customer service skills from her and continued to be rude daily. WiFi very bad, rooms in bad need of refurbishment bathrooms dirty , no daily towel or toiletries given . Slow service from restraunt and food here made me sick for two days

The appartement is large enough for the group and was very clean.

Not enough shampoo for the group and towels are not clean and very old.

The size of the room

we walked into the room and the sink was blocked. They never fixed it although we asked them many times to do so. The safety box was not working. we were given a small size room than we had reserved.

i liked the staff(cleaners and reception always had a smile). we asked reception a few questions and always had helpful answers.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. especially Bouchra from the reception who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for the Marrakechi spirit.
