Pros +
- Nothing, very small rooms compared to the cost they charge per night.
- Solo traveler in Room #236. I booked 5 nites total, on 3 separate reservations. Room was comfortable, bed quite large, hot water shower with very good pressure. Balcony to sit outside when weather allows. there’s evening outside noise & cacophony but that doesn’t bother me at all (as I’ve learned to tune it out). Breakfast is offered on the outdoor terrace & appears adequate but it could offer some fruit instead of so many bread choices. Room lighting is good. Staff excellent, friendly & accommodating. Very safe. Great location just outside The Medina. Room has a TV (which I didn’t watch at all).
- To be honest the location was good but Room and especially breakfast was awful i never had such bad experience
Cons -
- Small room, breakfast full of bread only this is what they are presenting in their buffet.
- There’s no functioning safe deposit box or mini-fridge in the room. Air con didn’t work at all. WiFi in bedroom is atrocious, best on terrace, in main lobby or anywhere else but in the bedroom. Also, beware of the wet tiled bathroom floor after showering: it’s slippery, so be extremely careful. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was ALWAYS empty, never filled. There is nowhere to place your luggage or bag to open it up, except on the bed or the floor. Needs a “DO NOT DISTURB” sign to hang outside the door. Also, on my last day at breakfast, I was hounded by one of the breakfast servers for a ”tip” (after he found out it was my check-out day: NOT COOL.
- Breakfast i didn't like at all, Room was dirty the lady she did good, but stuff there need to be changed like bed, sink an so imagine our toilet has not window it was broken it's just a hole OMG

The bed was large and the staff was friendly.
I left 50 euro cash in my room because I was unaware they were going to enter my room to clean and it went missing. The bathroom also flooded the room with poor drainage.
Great location, clean and comfortable, restaurant provides excellent views as well as quality food.
Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. However compared to other places we stayed, it was a bit impersonal.
It was very clean ,very good smell and the best staff. The hotel is located at the best place in Medina, it is close to the mosque koutoubia and jemaa el-fnaa (market stalls).
Great location - right across from Koutoubia Mosque and less then 5 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna. Friendly staff and breakfast on the terrace which overlooks the Mosque. Breakfast was just okay.
It sounded like they were moving furniture in the restaurant above us at 6am both days we were there and the shower was really slow to drain.
Excellent location, rooms were clean, breakfast was OK, a bit noisy but not too bad,. We had pigeons above our room in the roof, but luckily they didn't make any noise in the night.
Sound proofing
The location was good. You get a great view of the main mosque from the terrace.
We visited in early February and Marrakech gets quite cold in winter. Breakfast was served on the main open terrace and everything was freezing. There was a toaster were you could heat up toast but you had to put each items in 3 to 4 times before it became edible. The variety was limited and poor and orange juice came straight out of a powder mixture. When I complained to the staff they told me that they know the experience is bad but management just will not change anything. When I complained to the manager he said he will look into improving things but nothing changed during our stay. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The traffic noise was terrible. In hindsight I should have just changed hotels as this experience ruined my visit to Marrakech.
Nice location
The rooms are dirty ( dust, stains on the towels, bad odor….). Bad breakfast ( bread and fruits not fresh)
I found the breakfast good and the view also amazing. But the service was good.
The cleanliness and furniture weren't as good. There wasn't enough security. The rooms were quite small.
It was convenient to have a simple breakfast included, sitting on their restaurant's terrace staring at the palm trees, the mountains and the big mosque. Very nice. The room was spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly. I thought the location was great. Very close to one of the doors to the old town. So when you get exhausted from walking around the markets you can always go back to the hotel for a rest without needing a taxi. I stayed in the very last room at the end of a lengthy walk through several corridors. The walk included going up several flights of stairs and then later back down a flight of stairs. I thought that was humorous. I would say everything in the room was pretty well worn but functional. Nice bright light in the bathroom and a good hot shower. I stayed for four nights in January and was pretty happy with it.
I was greeted by a couple of tiny cockroaches running around my room. And then a more normal size cockroach a day later. I wasn't too bothered by it. I checked under the mattress and under the bed for signs of bed bugs and couldn't find anything. But under the bed was filthy with dust and debris. I left the bed pulled out from the wall and when I came back later in the day everything was back in its place and they had cleaned under the bed. The cleaning staff really seemed to be hardworking. The place was a little noisy in the evening. The long hard corridors really echo people talking and shutting doors in the hallway. And I think there's a nightclub behind the hotel that will lull you to sleep with a good house music rhythm. The lighting in the room was odd. You might describe it as romantic. It was pretty bright in the daylight but if you drop a coin on the floor in the evening, you're probably going to need a flashlight to find it.
Breakfast and staff were very helpful and friendly
The room we were in
Poor
The rooms were too small, lighting was bad, the bathroom was smelly, noise was throughout the day and night, the only good thing in the hotel was the location.
Location is perfect, near to everything touristic in Marrakesh.View from terrace is great.Breakfast is acceptable, with bread, ham and coffee.24 hour reception. You can exchange money to dirhams on the hotel. You can leave you luggage after check out.
Expensive for what it offers (55 euros a night). No kitchen if you are looking for one.Cleaning lady tried to enter into our room before check out time. They were repairing some of the rooms, so it was noisy in the morning and afternoon.Wifi does not work well. When having a shower, the water flooded the room.
It is conveniently located near the major souk in the city. The views from the terrace restaurant are very good - the Khoutoubia Mosque is just opposite.
It is quite noisy in the evening, furniture being mved ready for breakfast, etc. Also, there was no kettle or cup/glass. However, I think these things are the norm in traditional Morocca hotels.
The sunrise view from the breakfast dining room was superb! The hotel location is very near to all centres of attraction.
The mattresses were not comfortable. And the room was not really clean.
Leuke kamer , warm water , bad ,
Wifi not strong . Bed kon comfortabel
The Location of this hotel is the main reason for staying as it is 2 minute walk to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa. The restaurant was perfect and had a wonderful view of the mosque opposite. breakfast is also provided with the room and set us up for the day, staff were very attentive and friendly. I would defiantly recommend this hotel for its location and value for money. The Food in the restaurant was very tasty, we ordered a tagine on our first night and I can say it was very good, when compared to the all of the tagines consumed during our two week stay in multiple cities all over morocco.
some of the decorative lights were too near the bed, so you could easily bang your head,
Functional without the glitz.Breakfast was very good
Not as clean as could be Bathroom tiles patched badly and wasn't clean
