The rooms were very clean and the meals were very sumptuous. I particularly loved the reception especially with Hasna.

The walkway to my room was dark and needs more lightening

Khadija and Lamyae were absolutely fantastic. I complained at the réception one evening. Next day they called to understand the issue, apologized and made sure the rest of my stay was as good as possible. Thanks to them, they made my stay super enjoyable. Thanks you ladies i will certainly come back because of you!

The staff was very kind, the place was very clean and the option for free transfer into the city was very useful.

The Wifi was weak on the 1st floor of the apartments, the food could have been a bit better as it often caused some stomach troubles - but that is common in Morocco.

The room that was given to us was excellent. Spacious and very chic with 2 bathrooms. Both lunch and dinner are also excellent considering it is a a 4 star hotel.

The pool water could be a bit cleaner. The room was not sound proof and we could hear our room neighbours all the time. Lunch and dinner were very good but breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Calm hotel with very nice environment.. really good food and drinks, really suprised with the food on the bar, one of the best ones, a lot of options and really good ones, usually just have burguers fries and pizzas, but in here you have omelettes, very good hot sanduíches, salads, really good. Rooms very clean and good size..

The pool area isn’t too great the pool is a good size but wish it was more appealing with more beds to accommodate guests. The food at this resort is very bland the lunch and dinner meals are very repetitive. There isn’t much choice at all like wise with drinks and cocktails, I wouldn’t choose to do all inclusive here again I spent most of the time look for food off site.

The staff were exceptional, the Evening entertainment was out of this world. the food was --- yummy. full of flavors and could complete with top end UK restaurants. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.

Fantastic hotel with fabulous facilities. Got an excellent one night all inclusive deal to get out of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech city centre.

Food wasn’t the best but plenty of choice and lots of fresh food being cooked rather than left to sit.

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, we could use all the facilities even though we'd arrived a couple of hours before check in, the same with departure, checked out but used to pool and restaurant all day until our 5pm pick up. The rooms were excellent and kept so clean with crisp white sheets! Food was awesome plenty of choice, and a special restaurant we used for my birthday, where I received a beautiful cake. The animation staff were great and made everyone welcome. Highly recommend and looking to book for December too!

The theatre/disco is several flights of stairs underground and incredibly cold, but we took blankets after the first night!

The staff made the trip - special shout out to Hasna the receptionist who was super helpful and kind and made the trip for us! Also (I’m sorry I don’t have his name) but the man who arranged the taxis! He was super lovely and helpful.

First time wheen we arrived Hasna , at the reception a perofessional person ,it was very friendly and helpfull, she helped us with everything we needed ( bookings , taxi , airport tickets ) , basically everyting.The servicies was like in the description , even better , the staff was very friendly and helpfully , the food was awesome and enough for everyone and the shop inside the hotel was a quality one .
