Central location.
Dirty neighbourhood. Poor breakfast, freezing cold in the rooftop restaurant.
The location was incredible; you’re right in the heart of the old city and close to the authentic Marakesh. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist you.
The room was freezing cold, and the heating didn’t work throughout the entire stay. The toilet seat was also unstable and kept moving when I used it.
We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The room was clean and included all the facilities we needed. The riad architecture, roof top and pool looks Beautiful. They also offered massage sessions. The customer service was amazing; the team was very professional, and friendly, and provided great assistance. They were also very understanding, allowing us to leave our luggage for extra night. I highly recommend ?
comfortable beds and duvet/linens; TV and mini/fridge were an unexpected bonus.
breakfast was an extra cost- didn't partake
Our room was extremely small. No space for the luggage to even open. No window. Bed very new and comfortable. The Peopel Arche reception extremely friendly Breakfast buffet was nice
Not only was the Riad beautiful, with great facilities and good location. The staff were incredible, they go above and beyond to make you feel safe and at home. Couldn’t recommend more!
NothingAwful placeDon’t stay here
First you will not find a parkingSecond, they gave us a room that smells awful with cockroaches spray, me and my mother had nose and throat problems after 30 mins staying in this room, we didn’t believe that a riad could use this killing spray on beds. We asked the receptionist to change our room.He did, but this time we got a cockroach in the room (I will post a picture to see). The service is the worst and it doesn’t deserve the valueFor the money we paid we could find a better place to stayHopefully it was only one nightFor breakfast i let you imagine, its not something you can eat, even moroccan tea is iced.Never ever I will stay here I doubt if I am gonna believe in booking again!
The location was perfect. Very nice room. Very kind staff, Hafsa and Farid were very helpful and professional!
The shower went from hot to cold throughout shower. Breakfast was just okay
Nice, authentic feeling. Great location - close to all the action of the main square but still pretty quiet. Good variety of food at breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hammam was reasonably priced. Easy to arrange a taxi to the airport and the driver came right to the front desk to escort us down the alleys to his vehicle (at 4:00A!).
Can't remember if there was anything I didn't like.
The Riad was very cosy and beautiful, everything was great, the rooms , the service, the staff... especially Hafsa and Farid, they were super nice, super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend Riad Challa.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was beautiful and clean and in a perfect location.
The toilet next to the shower and no place to put your stuff.
Good location , friendly staff
The AC’s were not especially strong had to keep them open throughout my entire stay
Very good location! Very close to the square. Breakfast is good and varied. very good hospitality, Room is also average size-large, bathroom is perfect and cleanliness is very good too. A pool for taking a dip in the afternoon, as it's very hot outside.
Everything from Staff to location and facilities
Very central location, close to everything, yet tucked away from the main roads.Friendly and helpful staff: warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist.Daily cleaning: rooms were consistently spotless.Beds are surprisingly comfortable.Working air conditioning and a small fridge in the room.Buffet breakfast: a bit pricey for €7 by local standards, but it's all-you-can-eat.Spa is decent (cash only).Wi-Fi is reliable.
Some rooms have no real windows only ones facing the corridor. Ironically, they’re the quietest. If your room does have a street-facing window, expect a chorus of motorbikes day and night. Sound insulation is almost non-existent. You’ll hear footsteps, high heels, shouting, and splashing as if it’s happening in your own room.Doors slam loudly and are pretty old. Occasional sewage smell in the bathroom.Shower holder was broken, and there was black mold in the shower: seems to be a local classic. The first two nights were peaceful… until a group of exuberant Brits moved in upstairs and turned their room into a pub/nightclub/hotline for family drama. The indoor pool is cold, and sound echoes dramatically: if someone’s swimming, everyone knows. No elevator: so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs like a sherpa.
I loved the traditional Moroccan architecture and charming decor. The location was excellent—just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning.
Nothing—everything was amazing!
Very clean and updated! Super cool place to stay and staff was very friendly. Air conditioning worked well!
A driver brought us straight to the hotel from the airport but it would have been a little difficult to find if not. Some street noise at night.
Excellent location easy access to the Medina area. Swimming pool was a bonus and we were straight into it to cool off. It was a short stay unfortunately and didn't get to experience breakfast ? would most definitely return.
Nothing everything was perfect
