I didn't get what I paid for

More than 6,800 € was taken from me, they wanted to take money again during the check-in and check-out process. The money I paid, around 7,500 €, was on authorization, they would charge me again, the other amount would be transferred to my account after 5 days, they made us experience a joke day, they ruined our holiday.

We had a lovely time staying at the MO in Marrakech and we were very spoilt from the minute we arrived, including an upgrade from a Suite to a Villa including the butler service. No request was too much and we had a wonderful time ! Thank you to everyone, especially Zack, Ayoub & Fiona !

A little far from the action, but worth the trade-off.

Everything! The staff was so friendly, the rooms and the property were exceptional, the food was delicious. Definitely recommend staying in the pool villa, it was unbelievable. We will definitely return!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Africa. Just stunning! Outstanding facilities, delicious food & fantastic customer service. Great kids club with varied and fun activities. I can’t fault this property. Would highly recommend.

There was nothing we disliked!

hands down the best resort I have stayed in! EXCEPTIONAL service! stayed in infinity pool suite! cannot fault a single thing! the butler redwan was amazing! made sure our trip was great! planned day out with itinerary.

Lovely hotel, our villa style room was beautiful and much better than I expected. Our private butler Abdullah went above and beyond to provide us with a truly unforgettable experience. Make sure you spend time in the Spa as it is fantastic

Location is 15 mins away from the Medina which is great after a long day bartering for carpets and learning about the history of the Medina. The breakfast is great and in January, off season, we practically had the place to ourselves. If you take a Villa, which is exceptional. you have access to a butler, who via WhatsApp, will organise tours, dinners, massage etc. The Villa is an oasis of relaxation. Amazing pool, Jacuzzi and plenty of room.

Hard to criticise anything but one thing to bear in mind. If you take a trip into the centre/ dinner etc you have a choice of taxi or hotel car. The hotel car is 5x the cost and given its usually 15 mins, not worth it. Unless you stipulate, they will assume hotel car. Likewise the personal guided tours, which are excellent, could be more cost effective. The tour guide gets about a third of the fee -two thirds go towards the hotel car which in our case just dropped us off an picked us up.In the room, there were classes available at the gym each day eg Yoga, HIIT etc. It was not clear if you had to pay for these and it was not made clear that you needed to register one day in advance. Whilst not related to the hotel-but they offered the service- recommend the fast track through the airport on the way in. It saved us 90 mins of queuing and it was off season! Its around $50 but worth it.

set in beautiful green gardens, the villa’s are exceptional with private jacuzzi and swimmingpool. the service is outstanding.

it is far from the center of Marrakech

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The villa is well arranged with details. I'm a big fan of MO.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The whole place oozed class, sophistication and attention to detail. Incredibly attentive staff. Food of the highest equality. Gorgeous pool. Our suite was incredible. Couldn't fault it.

The only issue we had was that the cost of dining was too much. When you have to pay £25 for a sandwich, and dinner costs close to £100 a head without much booze, it's too much. We ate out a lot which was fun and easy to get taxis. Overall it didn't detract from an incredible trip.

Pool villa is the most exceptional room you will ever have and not want to leave. Spa is superb

Food could be improved in the daytime.

Very nice Hotel with a beautiful location in Marrakesh! Friendly stuff and good food - We will come back!

The only negative point: The pillows are not very comfortable!
