Nothing I will never ever go back to this hotel anymore definitely I will tell my friend don’t ever select this hotel

They lie on the advertising on the pictures no apart / it’s hotel not even One star hotel I booked apart at least fitroom for 3/4 they give me room.barely 2 people can fit 110 ft.² I measure it. Extremely loud room call maintenance twice broken for AC.👎

The slide for kids was very hot. My daughter ended up having burns in her skin after using the slide. There should be warning signs or the slide closed when it's very hot. Big safety issue.

The hotel is big and room was big enough and clean. A TV set working but small, I even watch the football match of Moroccan team live:)The kitchen was complete and shower just perfect. The room was hot as ac was working good.

There is no cafe near by, no restaurant as well. Only a bar opposite but it’s not for me and neither for my daughters

The room I received—a studio—does not match the images shown on your booking platform for the apartment hotel I reserved.​When I raised this issue, your staff informed me that I had chosen the studio. I clarified that I had booked the unit depicted in the promotional photographs. I was subsequently told that the pictured accommodation is unavailable and that my current room is the only option.​The studio provided is significantly inferior to what was advertised and what I expected."

I really liked the hotel’s convenient location and the friendly, helpful service. The kids’ pool was great, and my children had a lot of fun playing there. Overall, it made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

I was disappointed that the kids club was closed every time I tried to take my children there to play. It was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I also didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included in the room price.

The swimming pool was average in terms of cleanliness

The property is so clean the staff is very kind and nice shout out to chaimae and siham the cleaning ladies they were super nice to us during the stay, I would definitely recommend and come back again. The only issue that I have to talk about was is Zeitouna the service was pretty slow, they forgot about order I ended up not ordering please work on it.

Nothing deserves to say any good reviews

There is no credibility in the room descriptions displayed on the booking application compared to reality. In addition, the reception staff treat customers with disrespect and are uncooperative. I advise against choosing this facility for rest and relaxation.

Bad experience - room doesn't reflect the pictures it has no sofa- room with no towels (had to wait 4 hours with a lot of back and forth with the reception before they finally provided us with towels)- water heater not working (took 5 hours to finally have the issue fixed)- the bed was not properly made - looked like it had just been thrown together - dishes looked dirty and not washed properly

Staff were so friendly, we made a very last minute booking for 6 adults and we shared a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Good structure, good location.

The facility is not well taken care of. We had to change rooms twice as the initial rooms were very dirty.

Nothing exceptional. The usual tricks with the photograph angles were used. Reality is once again not like the pictures. Who would have thought that?

It is not only the guys running this particular facility, but they seem not to grasp the fact that families do travel with their children together. When checking in they had a hard time understanding that we would like a room with four sleeping beds. Instead, all they had was a room with a double bed and two lego style sofas that we had to combine to obtain a double bed. Whish I knew that prior to the booking moment.The elevators are all traps. You risk being chopped to pieces if another tenant is pushing the button from other floor. There were no sensors at the elevators doors, as we once had no control to the cabin. There were four of us in the cabin. Three of us managed to get out, while the fourth remained trapped inside whist the 3rd of us made his way out of the door. That was serious. Just take the stairs.While we were sleeping the next morning, there were some maintenance guys who started to loudly mend things in the vicinity of our room at 7 AM on a Saturday. They were cutting ceramic tiles with an abrasive disk leaving all the doors open. When we got out we realized that they produced more dust inside than the deserts surrounding Marrakech.

Good for travelling with small children. There is a play area inside, excellent for little ones when it's hot.

First time visit Lovely staff and very polite respectful. Food was delicious and especially the meat with sauce was unbelievable

Pathways to the room were not clean. For a family of 6 which was already mentioned in the booking, only 4 duvets were available. We had to follow up for almost an hour to get extra duvets.

It was clean and comfy having all facilities but one thing that we missed our whole stay was that there was no option for international food at least there must be one course for Asian food as well.

It was all good . Cleanliness 100% staff excellentThere was no prayer mat for Muslims we have asked for that but didn’t get it . And no Muslim shower although it was Muslim country .
