Pros +
- The staff are excellent and very friendly. The Riad is very clean and well-maintained.
- Manager is very nice and happens to be a superb cook. The best meals I ate were at the Riad, for dinner. There are many tours directly from the hotel. The room was comfortable and the living room is very welcoming. Breakfast was always on time.:)
- The staff are very friendly, the room and the riad were clean. Good location. It was nice to have breakfast cooked every morning.
Cons -
- The location is quite far from the main Djema El Fna square. The owner is rather rude and unfriendly in contrast to the staff. We didn't feel entirely safe walking back to the Riad at night.
- 1.) location is good for tours, but not quite as good for nearness to the main Place. (However, i walked it in about 15 minutes.) It just depends. 2.) If a tourist wants to turn on a small heater during the day, in the room, that should be encouraged.
- One small thing with the water in our shower but the stuff came instantly to help and we found a solution. Minor.

The staff are very friendly, the room and the riad were clean. Good location. It was nice to have breakfast cooked every morning.
The staff was great and Abdul cooked a fantastic dinner for us. My wife is celiac and they bought some gluten-free stuff for breakfast. They even fixed something in our room while we were still there.
Excellent location at a part of town that seems to be less touristic and authentic. The stuff was very helpful and tried to accomodate us in every occasion (booking additional nights, holding our luggage whilst we were on trips in other cities, calling for taxis, etc). Nice atmosphere and good vibes, helpful and polite without being overbearing. Highly recommended.
One small thing with the water in our shower but the stuff came instantly to help and we found a solution. Minor.
It is a beautiful riad, a bit further from the main tourist attractions. However, there are great restaurants and other places around too, so it was no complication. The staff was very helpful, the communication was quick, all our requests were fulfilled. They booked a 3-day tour to Sahara for us and the company they work with is perfect. Very good breakfast. The overall experience was great.
missing internet connection
The property is really traditional and beautiful. It is very very clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful!
A quiet area with a wonderful ambiance. The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. Always smiling, friendly and very efficient. Organising a superb driver and trips for us.
Nothing we didn't like.
Very well furnished and decorated both in the room and the communal areas, with a super atrium.
Derelict space next door.
The whole experience was wonderful. From breakfast to the daily cleaning kept by the staff. The location is beautiful, quiet and authentic, at a maximum of 20 minutes walk from the center, and you have the opportunity to admire the city like this.Abdessamed's kindness is boundless. He is always attentive and helps you with any kind of information you need. Including with breakfast, he took care to offer us something, although it was served starting at 8 am.I recommend this accommodation.
It is good place for short stay and perfect location access Medina area It is very simple, bed and breakfast
The bathroom is need it improve
Good location, nice staff, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It has everything you need. Breakfast is also nice.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, they clean the room every day. It is a quiet place. The staf was very nice and helpful, they helped us with everything. The terrace on the top is really nice and the food is tasty.
It's a bit far to get medina's center, we walked aprox 30' to jemma el fna. But you can go easily to jardin majorelle also walking.
I perfect traditional Riad ! Amazing host who organised an airport pickup and met us from the taxi to guide us through the medina to the accommodation. This made me feel safe and welcome. Host was always on hand to help with directions or advice. We stayed in a triple room 4. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A great place to explore Marrakech from. I would recommend this Riad.
Nothing. A great authentic Riad.
Very good breakfast and the tagine for dinner was really good.
Perhaps some small bottles of water for the room would have been nice.
The amazing hospitality from the staff. The Riad had great facilities and the breakfast was amazing. Also, he helped us a lot with everything, we appreciate it a lot.We truly recommend staying here for a lovely stay in Marrakech!
Everything was perfect
The location was in centre and east to arrange hotel pickups.
We were a group of 6 families and occupied 6 out of 8 rooms in riad. There were only 2 outsiders apart from our group. we felt the hospitality could have been better. The rooms were decent. The problem was with water. Either you get extremely hot or cold water, and most of the time, there is no water. Breakfast options were not great. Only one egg per person, which i felt but weird and the first time i saw a BF without any fruits and vegetables. When we asked for an extra omelette or requested to include fruits, then we were asked to pay 10 dhirams extra per person per day. Kids were always asked to be quiet even while eating on top of that. we planned to celebrate a bday over there in riad for one of the kids where the dinner was arranged with an extra fee. Food was good and for the amount we paid, it was not very satisfying. We couldn't enjoy our holiday peacefully.H
Good location right on the edge of the medina for car pick up and drop off. Spacious room and good hot shower and plenty of shampoo and shower gel provided. The staff were very nice and let us leave our luggage both before and after the stay. My partner also got norovirus for the last day and the nice man let him rest on one of the day beds for several hours while waiting for airport pickup.
We stayed in room 7 and wifi did not reach the room so it was slightly inconvenient. The bed was very hard and the pillow gave me a bit of neck pain. This may have just been a personal preference.
They offer you great tasting food we loved the breakfast
They should try to serve a bit more variety. But they would ask you for your preference which is fine
Room were Nice and Spacious, The Property had traditional Moroccan vibe to it, Every morning the Breakfast served was hot and delicious, The Location of the property is good. The Staff were very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to see Marrakech and told us how to navigate through the Medina via Map
