It looks nice with all white, spa looks nice as well but didn't use. We had to get early breakfast which was nice that it was arranged by hotel at 6.30 unfortunately it was a bit little and no eggs or fruit, but at least we had a cake/pancake/bread and some danone and cruesly.

Duplex suite upstairs it didn't get cold and downstairs the bed was very hard and noisy mobile AC even on lowest mode. Rooftop swimming pool is a joke only knee deep and no seating around, no bar or anything upstairs to get a drink or such.

Amazing, the location, the rooftop, the spa and the rooms. Exactly in the center of the old city.

Proximity to the Medina was well within walking distance (only 8 mins walking). 1 hr massage treatment was goodCar service we requested for an early morning flight arrived on-time (0630).

Downstairs area of the room was warm. Bed was uncomfortable. Stairs to get to bed is small and may be difficult to bring suitcases up. We were sat at pool lounges with wet/used towels and had to ask for them to change.Manicure service in the spa was extremely poor with 4 cuticles cut too close causing me to bleed.

Staff, the property and location is superb! Very clean and housekeeping did amazing job! It has a stunning roof top terrace however during our stay was not staffed to offer drinks, perhaps out of season?

Would have been lovely to have drinks on terrace, perfect setting to watch sunset but unfortunately not staffed. The shower had a low pressure, manageable for few nights but overall, great experience.

Great location, very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t fault it.

Friendly staff but was upset with the room

The electricity kept blowing throughout the day & night so we had no lighting or heating. In fact the heating didn’t even work! The water stopped running on one morning so we couldn’t flush the toilet or take a shower which was very unpleasant. To be fair we were compensated with a free 30min Hamam & massage sessions.

Got a great hammam and massage at the spa

There was a gap under the door so your heard very well if someone were walking in the stairs.

Truthfully quite disappointed. The Riad is cold and lifeless. Lacks ambiance. The staff was quite rude. I never felt welcomed. There was construction workers around every corner. The rooftop was closed. We simply wanted coffee in the morning, and the man running the restaurant was incredibly rude and demanding about payment for a coffee. Did not enjoy my stay here.

Very clean hotel. Loved that the room is a duplex . Loved that the hotel is located is such area, you’d never believe the traditional scenery which was one of my highlights.The entire staff were very helpful, polite, nice Particularly Lobna, she was very very helpful.

Unfortunately I caught scabies and am sure this could only have originated from the hotel, I tried to deal with this directly with them but felt they were more concerned to argue I had picked them upelsewhere (which from researching seems impossible ) that have concern for me or other guests still possibly at risk

Excellent service, great building and spa, the indoor pool is amazing for relaxing and free all day. The rooms upstairs are awesome the double suits downstairs funny and cozy (we wnjoyed both alternatives as we were lucky to have upgrade for some nights). Marble everywhere, rooftop TOP! I can say Quality is synonymous to Riad Eliza and Spa. Regarding food, breakfast is specific but to the point, very full and tasty and we also haf dinner which was not pricey and followed the Moroccan tradition. Definitely we recommend for couples

The Riad does not offer alcohol which we recommend to change as the rooftop is amazing to enjoy cocktails there

Everything was outstanding! From the stuff , breakfast, position, room and facilities. A big thanks to Ha Mid that made our journey even better with cordiality and being so helpful for us! Absolutely highly recommend!!

The highlight of this Riad is definitely its location, on a beautiful street in the Medina, close to many points of interest. The hotel staff (from the receptionists to the housekeeping and maintenance team) was very accommodating and met all our requests. A special thanks to the two concierges, Sofiane and Ahmid, who made our stay particularly enjoyable with their professionalism and kindness!

The room was too small for three people and generally not very functional; however, it had two bathrooms (one of which only had a shower).

Centrally located in the medina, quiet although in the middle of it all. Some of the personell are outstanding, others could do with some training in service.Some rooms are nice and with some space, but the majority are quite small and with no windows / daylight.
