    • Hello, I loved the stay for all reasons. Most friendly staff, helpful at all times, wonderful Riad close to the souks of the medina, the decor was great, good room with good ac and bed and the pool and terrace definitely a lifesaver! Top experience!
    • Everything from here is walkableStaff could not be more attentive or kinderStaying in a Riad like this is definitely the way to see and experience the real Marrakesh
    • Staff --abdul, Latifa, Michele, and another nice man whose name I did not get-- were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, next to Mallah square, which is not as wild as the other areas, yet very well connected.

    Cons -

    • Very difficult to find
    • Just a bit of advice to travellers. Accept the offer from the Riad to arrange a taxi. They will meet and greet you beautifully and ensure you find the Riad with no fuss.
    • Not much. The room was good. The price was similar to the other riads we stayed in but the overall quality was a notch below. Still, I'd recommend the place just because of how great the staff are.

We were supposed to stay two nights there, and then we ended up for four. The stuff were genuinely cool, and they were there anytime we needed. They truly represent Moroccan hospitality.Abdenbi: super nice guy, he likes to know people and was a good listener . He was funny and has a sense of humor Assia: a cute girl, shy and funny and provided the best housekeeping ever. She even discovered a missing button and made sure we found it.Latifa: means literally in arabic (kind)She was a great cook. Normally, breakfast ended at 10 am, but she served it to us at 1 p.m., which is sweet. And the food is delicious Reda: In the evening, reception is a cool young man. He is smart and wise, and he has a good future Michelle: the French manager with manners. She is so kind to the staff and she treated them so nice. That results in loyalty and good service at the best riad in Marrakech

Great spot, everyone’s lovely and open area is nice to hang out in

Only problem with place is our room was right on the alleyway so it could be quite noisy at night some times

The staff are very friendly. Especially Michele who looked after us in the evenings and welcomed us on the first night. He was a great help and made us feel so welcome and safe. We found it hard to find when we first arrived as the taxi driver gave us some directions in broken english which were wrong or we picked up wrong. We arrived at night and went off the square through in to one of the market places after everything had closed for the night. We did not feel very safe here as it was our first night and we had so much anticipation from all the stories we had heard. If only we new that the Riad was practically on the square (down a small lane) just next to "le tanjia" restaurant. After this first adventure everything felt a lot safer and we settled in with help from Michele. Breakfast was as described and the staff were always very nice and prompt with it. The terrace on the roof is a beautiful little haven. Was great to experience a Riad rather than a hotel. I think my experience of Marrakech would have been lessened so much without the Riad experience.

The decoration, design and cleanliness of the Riad as well as our room were impeccable. They take care of every detail and we were always treated kindly. It made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of choices, the staff was always polite and helpful.Totally recommended.

The entrance passage to the Riad is very dark, at night it looks dangerous but it is not.

The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location is excellent as is the food

Bed was hard and general decor could do with updating.Swimming pool is tiny.

Great breakfasts included. Quite nice interiors.

Found a non-identified short bug in the bed. Pretty bad and intense canalisation and humidity smell. Difficult to find. Completely scammed by recommended parking (200 dhs for 2 nights).

Incredibly central hidden down a tiny alley which at first seemed a bit unsafe, but everyone was so kind. Staff could not be better. Superb breakfast on the upstairs terrace. Helpful info about the area and trips etc. Lots of character within the Riad. Straight out the door you are onto the main shopping alleys to the square and next to the Bahia palace and Jewish quarter. Quiet. Sunbeds and parasols and even spare hats to borrow.

Really hard beds and pillows sadly. Some people may love that. Our room on the ground floor suffered from a bit of damp so windows kept open and and dehumidifier kept on. Views from the roof not great as tumbled down houses around the back. And the swimming pool is really just a plunge pool. But I guess would be good for a dip on a hot day.

Staff , especially Rıda and other young lady. We felt like home. Decoration is awesome, high ceiling and old style bathroom and room decoration is great details. Location is top notch, very quiet silence Riad in Marrakech. If we go to Marrakech again we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

No bum gun, very uncomfortable bed (please change your beds). Breakfast also needs some attention. We had two type of jams and Croissant that's all. Those are the problem can be fixed very easily.

Delicious breakfast! Welcoming staff, clean room and central location. A special thanks to Abdou for always going the extra mile. Highly recommend

More light in the room, but overal not a problem.

Staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. They were accommodating when we asked to move to a different room. The room was spacious and well appointed.

    9ElliePosted on: 9-25-2024

We were very pleasantly surprised with how beautiful our room was. The breakfast was also great, staff very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned to an impeccable standard every single day. Air con worked great and it was also in a handy location. We were a bit unsure when we first arrived as the Riad is just off a very busy street but once in the Riad it’s like its own peaceful sanctuary. The rooms as well were super quiet.

The only thing I’d suggest is that the creams and lotions provided in the shower had labels as we weren’t sure if things were for your hair or body but this is a really minor thing to point out :)

    10AndyPosted on: 6-28-2024

Firstly, the people. Michele and the team are so welcoming and attentive to your needs, and will readily share their local knowledge (as well as ask for your own recommendations to pass on).Secondly, the Riad. We booked two rooms and they were both immaculately kept & cleaned, extremely comfortable (with AC) and each individually characterful. The building as a whole is an interior design gem and an oasis of calm (I’m sitting with my feet in the pool, but the shaded terrace is another blissful refuge from the midday sun).Thirdly, the food. The breakfast is not to be missed (and, as it’s served to 11, you don’t have to choose between it and a lie-in, either). Delicious and generous, it will set you up for the day in the best way. Finally, the location. Just off a relatively quiet square, you are away from the tourist throng, but also only three or four minutes walk from where the excitement lies. The riad is well-signposted and, although the short alleyway not well lit, there are stores along it and quite safe.

Really, nothing. Just don’t use the beautiful shower lotions to wash your hair, though ?

Really nice place, felt like home thanks to the great staff. The location is also good, close to the square where it's easy to get taxis and walking distance to the souks. We had good nights of sleep here, it was very quiet in the room, which looked even better than on the pictures.

Really helpful staff, nice outside lounge area. Quite but fairly central location

    9EleonoraPosted on: 4-30-2024

Really nice service and people working there. Rooms are big clean and really nice to stay.

Room has no locker You cannot enter in the riad with your own keys. You need to wait someone from inside open you the door.
