    Pros +

    • This riad opens up from a nondescript hole in the medina wall that belies the beauty inside. Once you enter, the courtyard opens up into three stories of beautiful rooms and tended open spaces. Room was nice and private but nowhere near 5 star standards.
    • Very convenient location at the market but away enough to be quiet. Nice and clean room. Nice breakfast and very friendly personnel. Would go back again.
    • Gorgeous moroccan riad, spacious rooms, with the best breakfast we had on our trip. And of course the staff are very friendly and helpful alike all the places we stayed this trip.

    Cons -

    • The hotel manager seemed to try to provide good service, but couldn't recommend specific restaurants and offered little local knowledge. He did help us arrange a taxi to the train station, but miscommunicated with the driver and we ended up at the airport
    • It was down a back alley-like street which felt sketchy at night time. The shower facet had to be held up when you shower.
    • Would not like to have to find it after sunset,You need a bit of confidence around the souks for the location.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous citrus tree growing within the lobby. The room was small but clean and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely. There was a very nice roof terrace with sofas. We ate dinner here on our first night and it was exceptional (I ordered vegetarian but I imagine the meat is even better), as were the breakfasts we were served every morning.

Nothing - the location is central and hard to find without a map. The best thing I did was downloading an offline map of Marrakech before arriving.

The staff were really friendly and helpful

It was a little difficult to find initially, couple of mins down an alley. Once you knew where it was fine and close to main square.

Overall pretty Riad and friendly staff but lack of cleanliness

I didn’t like how dirty it was the room and dining area, rocking hard towels about 5 yrs old, every morning house keepers dry the same towels in the sun and place them back in the bathroom, floor and 2 coffee tables so dusty. Bedsheets were never changed in the 4 days stay , only 1 bottle of water on check in day as manager said water bottle are expensive when we paid hundreds to stay at the riad. There was paint peeling of the ceiling and directly dropping on the bed.The safe wasn’t working so we had to take valuables with us. Wouldn’t recommend the stay overall the staff were nice specially Mustafa and Yusuf

I really liked the Riad, it was typical and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the staff too. The position was really good, near the main square and to the local shops.

My friend is celiac and the first day at breakfast there weren't a lot of options, but after we asked them they immediately provide for food.

Location, the beauty of the venue and the hospitality of the staff.

The breakfast was a bit too sugary. Some fruit may be appreciated.

Great location for the main square Once you get your understanding of location and the ease of finding ..its perfect(But initially looks impossible to find)

Shower...water cold (look warm at best)

it’s a little oasis in the buzzing medina. staff is very friendly and helpful.

it’s location means you need to walk even to get to a taxi. common areas could be cleaner.

Great location, close to jamaa Al fana and easy to get back to when you’ve been out and about in the Medina. Amazingly hospitable staff, the gentlemen at the front desk and the ladies taking care of us and preparing our plentiful breakfast spread were so warm and welcoming! A relaxing oasis from the hustle and bustle nearby. Also for families- our room was set up perfectly for a family with two kids, not always the case with the Riad’s. Lovely architecture, clean, and also comfy beds. Everything was great and the staff was exceptional, thank you!

Calm, bed comfort, welcoming, beautiful suite, cleanliness, luxurious bath towels and bathrobe, diners, breakfasts etc..A special thanks to Mustapha and Hamid.A special thanks too to the chefs Khawla and Bouchra.

Diners : nice, a lot of delicious vegetables. But could be more varied.

Absolutely perfect stay at the heart of Marrakechs' medina. Mustapha and all staff were really nice and helpfull. We've got nice and cozy double room with spacious bathroom. The room kept nice low temperature even in the day heat. Breakfast in the inner part of riad were great, we've been given food by our dietery needs. Really appreciated. We would recommend this accomodation, great value for the price.

    Everything was perfect.
