Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Great location.

Air conditioners had trouble keeping up. The temperature was above 100 degrees everyday.

Central, large, clean and modern room. Splendid pool and had a lovely evening meal at the restaurant

The location was good as it was central. However, the hotel sits on a very noisy road and you can hear beeping sounds throughout the day.

I wanted an earlier check in as my flight landed at 11am.

No creamer or milk supplied with tea/ coffee making facility. Entrance for Red Hotel not signed...or we didn't noticeone..now through Opera Plaza on different road..entrance being refurbished. We actually walked up and down looking for the entrance. Checkin poor...under staffed and could be easily missed. No grand Reception desk..looked very makeshift

Spacious and modern facilities, good air temperature controls, nice balcony with well-made table and chairs, comfortable sofa, pleasant lighting, good minibar-fridge. Staff always smiling and pleasant.Amazing breakfast with all sorts of healthy options, like unlimited fresh fruits and salads. Many kinds of bread, rolls, pancakes, as well as custom omelets, and even beet juice!The location of the hotel opposite the train station and SupraTours bus station is very convenient, and I love the beauty of Avenue Mohammed VI and the Hivernage neighborhood.

An ergonomic desk chair and desk lamp would be nice for both business and leisure travelers. Otherwise, no further suggestions for improvement.

nice hotel, renovated rooms, spacious, clean, nice staff, good breakfasts, despite the fact that on the first day we did not receive a room that met our standard (no balcony, view of the construction site), after reporting a complaint at the reception, on the next day we were moved without any problems to a room with the standard we ordered, although the first room was also without any reservations as to cleanliness and size, good location.

The hotel is centrally located at the center of the city just opposite the train station. The swimming pool and facilities were excellent. It's actually two interconnected hotels with the same management and entrance. All the main attractions are 5-8 minutes away.

Staff were great!! RADOUANE did a great job got to say very friendly and helped me with my Arabic. Hamza pool guy was excellent aswel and staff helped with any issues if I did have one.

No swim up bar but like I said RADOUANE would bring me anything I needed with just a lil call to the bar

Not easy to get a table outside during breakfast.The steak at the restaurant is served without chips or patatoes.

Loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the pool, and the breakfast was amazing. The size of the room was fantastic and the bathroom was great. The location is just opposite a train station and a bunch of restaurants!

1. Room service did not work2. The introduction when checking in, the staff gave us no details about the hotel other than the breakfast timing, and so we had to find out a lot by ourselves or from asking. Also no details about the city, what to explore etc.

The breakfast was great. The receptionist (Ibrahim) was helpful and treated us well.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the staff's warmth and friendliness truly enhanced our experience, making it the best it could be.The breakfast was pretty nice also.

Good location next to Marrakesh train station. Spacious room with comfortable bed and good buffet breakfast.

The RED Hotel is immaculate, with all the usual amenities of lodging in its price range, plus more: spacious balcony with nice rattan furniture, handsome view, gorgeous shower, large bathroom and bedroom, super-comfortable bed, full-length floor mirror, mini-refrigerator, instant coffee, selection of teas, excellent room service... and the pool is incredible! And the breakfasts are even more incredible, there's so much choice. After 3 visits, I want to stay here on every trip to Marrakech.

The hotel is superbly located opposite the train station and opera house on a huge intersection with lots of street noise. But I like the buzz of the city. And the heavy doors to the balcony—sliding glass, doubled with good airspace — muffle most of the noise.

All staff is really fiendly, espacially the reception staff.!!I've been coming many years to this hotel and the level of service is outstanding.

We really enjoyed our stay in Red Hotel Marrakech. It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel right next to the central train station which was very useful for us, because we visited different cities by train, and we could easily do that from here. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a great snack bar (with an always smiley and friendly staff, including the kind Samad) and a nice spa. The crew is amazing, they always helped us immediately with every question we had about our Moroccon trip. Highly recommended.

It’s at a busy place, so it is quite loud, even at night. It did not bother us at all, but if you are sensitive to noise it can be an issue.

The place was very clean and family orientated. We enjoyed every moment .

Just has one reception so have to walk to opera plaza
