    • Nothing. As soon as I was led to it by guide, (only way possible), I turned around and walked out with guide
    • Friendly staff who tried to make our stay comfortable. It was mostly clean.
    • We liked the most our hosts, the cleanliness, the beautiful terrace, the breakfast, and the comfortable bed. Is easy to reach to the Riad and is a nice experience to have. We were very well received, and we totally recommend it. ❤️The rooms have air conditioning and ventilation, although we didn't really need it in may.

    Cons -

    • Terrible location! Had to walk in five blocks pulling suitcase as car had no access, then had to be led by Guide down twisty turning alleyways that were no more than 3 ft wide, through two dark tunnels. Place very dangerous, dark, unlit location.
    • There was this constant moldy smell in the room. We were told this was normal in a Riad. We have not had this experience in any other riad. We found a used bandage in our shower and the drain did not really work well. Our room was on the ground floor and all the windows were facing the middle of the riad. This meant we had the option of leaving the windows of our room open with people passing by and get the smells of the kitchen in the room or live with the moldy smell. The mattress was just done for. Should have been exchanged a while ago.
    • The light in the bathroom was quite dimmery (low light). Probably a cold instead of warm light bulbs would be better, at least in the bathroom (at least in the red room, others I don't know). Is just a suggestion/preference, not necessarily a negative point. ?

Good location, beautiful traditional setup and excellent service.

The room was a little too dark. Also being on the ground floor we felt a little bit exposed, but it was quiet so we did not have any issues sleeping at night.

The staff were incredibly friendly, hard-working and lovely people. The building itself was very pretty, and the location convenient for the Medina. The rooms and communal areas were all super clean. A/C and ceiling fan helped take away the edge of the heat.

Breakfast quality was inconsistent; on the first day I was served fresh bread, but all the other days the bread was stale, and on some days the pancakes and eggs that were served on the first day were not offered. Also, even with earplugs I could hear a lot of noise from other guests and from staff moving furniture in the evening to clean the terrace.

Nora and her staff were excellent! Very accommodating and warm. Staying here was one of the best parts of my experience in Marrakech!

Hot water was lacking at some points.

Conveniently situated in the small alleys, just a 5-minute walk from Medina Square.Although I didn't get a chance to use the rooftop pool, it looks refreshing.

For some reason, they don't provide an entrance key, so you have to ring the bell and wait for a staff member to let you in each time. This was extremely inconvenient, especially late at night when I had to wait for someone to open the door, which felt very unsafe. Additionally, the staff asked me what time they should expect me at night to know when to open the door, which was very strange and uncomfortable. Because of this, I will never visit this place again. The room on the basement floor has no natural light, and you can't open the window because it faces an interior area where everyone can see you. This made the room very inconvenient.

the staff was attentive and kind and made sure i felt comfortable, it’s moroccan owned as well which to me as a moroccan is an important factor. i don’t usually stay in the medina, but i’ll make sure to come back again next time i am!

People working there, the homey design, breakfast.

It is a bit secluded, we weren’t feeling super safe coming in at night, even though I have to admit nothing ever happened. Other than that, regarding comments here we expected they will be willing to help us store our luggages for a couple of days during our desert trip, but that didn’t happen, it was a bummer, but I wouldn’t skip this Riad because of that.

    9AleidaPosted on: 5-7-2024

excellent breakfast and very kind staffplace is incredible quite although right in the busy part of the medina and the lush green rooftop gives a fantastic escape after a long day in this busy place!

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. The pool terrace was an absolute delightAfter getting lost in the Madena. But Nora is an absolute Angel. She made our stay very special. Thank you. I cannot reccomend this oasis highly enough.

I would have liked a softer bed. But thats just me.

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the medina. Very nice and big rooms, always clean and with fresh perfumes every day. The personnel is extremely kind and helpful, big shoutout to Nora who’s managing the riad perfectly and preparing the best breakfast.I recommend the transfer from and to the airport. Also very good WiFi connectivity.

Amazing staff, very helpful and were very humble. The riad was in an ideal location and walking distance to all key places.

    9PaulPosted on: 3-5-2024

Breakfast was substantial, and of good standard, staff very friendly and helpful. Roof area very nice to sit in. Nora was great!

Would have been nice to eat breakfast etc on roof terrace

Beautiful Riad with super nice staff that took the time to give us tipps on what to do and even made us a breakfast package when we needed to leave early. The rooms are lovely, as is the rooftop garden with a small pool. The Riad is located in a very nice and central part of the Medina.

Our shower took a while to warm and didn't have much pressure. You should also be aware that you hear almost everything going on in the communal area and other rooms - but we've had this "problem" everywhere else we stayed too. The rooftop is walled off, so you can't really look over the roofs - but on the plus side, if you want to use the pool, nobody can see in either.

We had such a lovely stay at the Riad Laith. It is a beautiful, calm place to base yourself in busy Marrakesh and the location, right at the edge of the Souks, was perfect- do not be put off by the dark maze of alleyways when you arrive. It's near many other riads, perfectly safe and easy to find once you’ve done it once! The staff were lovely and sorted everything for us from printing our boarding passes to sorting our taxis- nothing was too much trouble :) everywhere was exceptionally clean and breakfast was delicious.

The shower could do with being a little higher for taller guests as it was quite difficult for us :)

I had a fantastic stay thanks to the warm welcome of Nora, Othman and rest of the crew. They made sure I was comfortable and made the best Moroccan breakfast you can imagine! The rooftop is very relaxing after a day wandering in the souks. The room was very clean, I slept like a rose. Sjokran bezef and until next time!

Nora, Jamilla and Ottman were wonderful. They were helpful, thoughtful and so very nice. A home baked birthday cake was a beautiful surprise.Location was great.Riad was so clean and comfortablehe decor was gorgeous. The meal we had there served on the beautiful roof terrace was superb..

The room was a bit on the small side, but perfectly fine and furnishings and bathroom were lovely.
