- Staff are very friendly and helpful
- The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful, arranging for a car and driver, making sure that we had help with our bags through the souk. The hotel employee is gorgeous, with lovely art, and the food was excellent! We were a group of four seniors.
- Great Location. The night manager Khalid was exceptional with regards to his service. Aware of your family needs at the breakfast table and also guided us on things to do and where to go. His service made the stay great.
Cons -
- Our room smelled like sewage, accessing the Riad requires walking with luggage down narrow alleys with scooters coming within inches of hitting you, there was staff confusion on transfer to airport which we felt was intentional for them to save money.
- Rooms were not at par specially the bathroom. There wasnt a shower but just a tub., Water sprayed around as well making the bathroom wet. Our room was next to the swimming pool which means there was zero privacy and you could not open your windows because folks could see through it.
- The swimming pool is very tiny.

Hospitality is unmatched! Provided everything I needed and more. The riad itself is one of the oldest riads and the history is well kept. The riad is spacious, traditional, and very very beautiful. Everything is walking distance from the main old city area. Definitely the best riad I’ve stayed at in Marrakesh! Would highly recommend!
The location and the staff.
The swimming pool is very tiny.
The spacious room
Towels had holes, poor housekeeping services, did not have gluten free options for us inspite of repeated reminders, we went and bought our own bread at additional costs to us, after we complained the next day bread was brought. Initially the wait staff told my husband he doesn't understand or speak english, caught him talking to couple next table in fluent english. The reviews on booking.com.are misleading on the property description, nothing great or special about it. We saw many better properties along the stretch. Overall a disappointment.
The riad itself is beautifully decorated with a peaceful courtyard, cozy rooms, and a rooftop terrace that was perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and they were happy to adjust portions or options to suit our son’s tastes. He especially loved the fresh orange juice every morning
This centrally located Riad is absolutely perfect in every way. Our host, Philippe, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and he and his wonderful staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Marrakesh unforgettable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with traditional decor that we loved. The breakfasts are substantial and delicious, and the outside spaces are beautiful and peaceful. It’s hard to believe that this Riad is in the heart of the Medina, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square.
The hotels location is great, 5 minutes walk from square although it’s tucked away so it is nice and quiet. Gorgeous roof terrace, lovely breakfast. Staff exceptionally accommodating, very helpful and kind. Rooms were lovely, comfortable and cool. Great value for money too. My friends and I highly recommend!
Could have done with a kettle in the room.
Very cozy riad in buzzing Medina, but not noisy, peace and quiet when you're inside. Delicious traditional breakfast with omelette options. More fruit should be nice. Nice rooftop terrace. They have a pet turtle inside the riad! So cute. The hosts were very helpful and polite. Definitely recommend this Riad
The location was great, very easy to walk to the square and the main tourist sights. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was really comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast on the terrace in the morning sunshine was really delicious. We had dinner at the Riad on our first night - lovely home cooked Moroccan food. We also experienced the in-house Hammam bath and massage -excellent!
The location is super convenient, you can take the airport bus to get to the hotel, and it is close to the market. The stuffs are super kind and nice, they offered us a welcome tea and coffee, the coffee is super good. The room is quite big and clean, it was cleaned every day.
Nothing special, the breakfast we had was a bit cold
This place is right off one of the main shopping alleys in the medina so it's fun to have that hustle and bustle within a one-minute walk but the riad itself is totally quiet and peaceful. It's a 5 minute walk to the main plaza. The decor and rooms were lovely and the breakfast was good. The staff were very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Definitely stay in a Riad over a hotel when in Marrakesh!
It was so clean, we had the senior suite with the mosaic bath and balcony over the pool, it also had a hammam and the staff were so helpful, rose petals and cake as a surprise for my partners birthday, booked transfers, restaurant bookings, beautiful breakfast, and dinner, location was simply the best spot we could ask for, everyone so friendly and although technically a massive house it still felt like we had privacy. I only wish we stayed longer!
Only down side was plastic covering the courtyard roofs - but I believe this is probably because it was January and to not let it get to cold at night
Clean place with very friendly staff, specially Khalid who was always available and gave up good tips about places to visit. The breakfasts were my personal favorite.
A bit difficult to find the first time as it’s located in a small alley where cars can not drive there. However for our return they managed a guy with a trolly to carry our luggage to where the taxi would be.
the location , breakfast and staff
the service charged for airport pick up and dinner were a little bit pricy.
Everything - friendly staff, location, breakfast, dinner
This riad is very beautiful, clean & beds are very comfy! Its central and for bonus, it has a Hammann integrated! I warmly recommand it.
We enjoyed our stay in this Riad. The place has beautiful charm and character surrounded by Bougainville. The staff were amazing. It is very close to the main market and right in the middle of all the buzz. It was a bit difficult to find but the shopkeepers were helpful in providing directions and one person took us to the door of the Riad. It has a lovely big terrace where you can relax and read a book or just enjoy the weather. On our last day we had to leave early in the morning and the team kindly arranged breakfast for us.
They can do with some more variations for breakfast including egg variations and offer top of for hot coffee and tea as our coffees were not hot.
Beautiful place, close to the main attractions.
Riads are beautiful but not soundproof. There was a group of students staying there, shouting until midnight, and I had to ask them twice to be considered as no staff member took the responsibility to do that. It's definitely not a type of accommodation to have a good night sleep, especially if you are going on a trip and have to wake up around 5 am.
