Riad Kaya

Riad Lakouas is an oasis for those wishing to relax in the Marrakech medina. The multilingual staff are friendly and accommodating. The multi-course breakfasts are scrumptious! Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Wifi is available.

Amazing host, went well above expectations to help us out with our trip. It's also very convenient for taxi service, just a short walk from the taxi stand area. Bedroom size was great and very private, we had an entire private patio where we had our breakfast served.

The inner courtyard is beyond lovely and the flowers were stunning. Rose petals everywhere made you feel special. The staff went out of their way to be helpful with our luggage, checkin and check out as well as making wonderful dinner recommendations. Soooo many sitting rooms for your use.

This is a beautiful and quiet riad managed by a very lovely person called Abdel. The rooms are spacious and this place really feels like home. We only stayed for one night but would definitely come back!

Kind yet professional, gorgeously put together courtyards and simplicity combined with tasteful individual elements of decor.

We loved staying at the Riad Hayati. Its central location is excellent for accessing all the places of interest. It’s proves a tranquil oasis of calm after a busy day sightseeing. Abdel, who looked after us throughout our stay is a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

Abdel and Mina were so accommodating, kind and informative. Riad is in a great location, it really is a tranquil oasis in a busy, dusty and hectic city.Beds were really comfy too and breakfast varied.We loved our stay here.

The riad is clean and chic. The staff is professional, friendly and they have such a nice, warm energy. It is a private riad with only two rooms and plenty of relax areas, and the vibe is authentic. 10/10 and that is not often that I say this. The man of the house was helpful and the breakfast tasty and varied. We really loved our stay, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Thank you.

We loved the location at the heart of the Melah. Abdel and his team are amazing and make the whole stay an even better experience. It was everything we wanted. Perfect stay with perfect host.The meals cooked there at the Riad were also wonderful whether it was breakfast or dinner.

No access to pool when private suite is booked.

Riad was beautiful and centrally located to the market. Stepping inside from the street, you are pleasantly surprised by the beauty and care. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful .

It's a little confusing to find.

We had a great stay at this beautiful Riad. The host is super friendly. He even picked us up from a central meeting point in Marrakesh, so we hadn't had any problems to find the Riad. Breakfast is good. All ingredients are fresh. The bed is comfy. The location is very central, but quiet. We definitely recommend this place.

This it's not really a negative point, because it seems to be quite typical for Riads in Morocco. I think it's just worthwhile to know: the bedroom and the bathroom/toilet are one big room - without any dividing doors for privacy.

The property is a beautiful Riad close to the Bahia Palace. All the main attractions of Marrakesh (Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fnaa, Saadian tombs, Jewish Mellah). Abdel and his staff made us welcome and made our stay memorable. The breakfast was great, he had great recommendations for restaurants and shops for carpets.

I loved everything at this Riad. The very staff are like family.

First and foremost the hospitality of the brother and sister pair that are the hosts at this property and take care of everything. They were more than helpful with any need we had. Also, the calm and serene atmosphere of the Riad was exactly what we were expecting. Location was great too, allowing us to explore all of Marrakech on foot.

Nothing really. There is a lot of construction going on throughout the city due to the 2023 earthquake, also around this Riad, but once you're in the property, calm and peace take over. Nothing not to like.

Gorgeous stay with incredible hospitality. Abdel was so wonderful and helpful, providing excellent recommendations, including restaurants and a hammam. He organised transport to and from the airport and everything ran smoothly. We’d left our dirty clothes in a cupboard and without us realising, they were washed and returned to us! The breakfast was really lovely and included Moroccan pastries and tea. A truly excellent stay which was made even more brilliant by Abdel.

The only tiny thing that would have been useful was a lock on the door, although the riad felt very safe so it wasn’t a major concern.

This simple yet beautiful and peaceful riad is tucked away in a quiet alley, just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant medina. The courtyard is alive with the sights and sounds of birds flying overhead, creating a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of my host, Abdel. He is a respectful and kind man who went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable and well cared for. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated his thoughtfulness—he even texted to check in on me when I returned late one night. This riad is filled with kindness, both in its people and its atmosphere. I absolutely loved my stay!

Surrounded by building work causing noise an dust almost all day.

The shower area should have curtain . And the height of the shower cubical is quite high so it is not convenient to get in and out from shower cubical
