This is my second time staying in Riad chams and I enjoy it every time..the service, the staff, the location and the room are perfect..they cleaned our room every day. The riad is beautiful and easy to access

As soon as you enter Riad Chams you are transported to a unique, relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Khalid, Youssef, Ali and Khaima (the beautiful cat), with their kindness and awesome hospitality make you feel completely at home. The riad is very clean and tidy, with a cozy feel and Moroccan character. The hammam bath was also an experience to remember. Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech so enjoyable and memorable!

The street that leads to the Riad may look a bit scary the first time, but you easily get you used to it the next day, no need to worry.

Had a wonderful stay at Riad Chams Marrakech!The room was comfortable and clean, the rooftop terrace was beautiful, breakfast was great, and the place was all in all very tranquil!Khalid, Ali, Youssef, the ladies, and of course Khaima (the cat), were all so great and welcoming and made me feel safe and taken care of! They were extremely attentive and always ready to answer any questions I had!I had a room on the ground floor on the courtyard and wasn’t really bothered by any noise.

Friendly staff that also gives you good advice for sightseeing of Marrakesh. Interior is clean and beautiful.They also have a very friendly cat that is part of the staff and is the star of the show.Breakfast is great, and staff is happy to accommodate even the picky eaters like us.Location is well placed, so we didn't need taxi or public transport while staying her, as everything is reachable by foot.

Very comfortable with large room. Staff are super friendly and helpful. And having a private Hamam is a big bonus

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Chams in Marrakech. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and truly traditional – a perfect start to each day. The atmosphere of the riad is peaceful and relaxing; it’s the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The staff at Riad Chams were super helpful. The breakfast was great and the location is really close to all the sites. The rooms are very comfortable and the roof terrace is perfect for relaxing.

The location and the friendly attitude of the staff are the main attractions of the Riad Chams. In other respects it seems like a typical riad in Marrakech.

The dimly lit and low-ceiling alleyway leading to the riad is a negative. However, it felt safe all the time. There was a rooster living on the top floor of the next house - quite noisy in the early mornings.

This is a little gem of a riad. Tucked in a nondescript passageway, once inside you are surrounded by first class hospitality. Ali, Youssef, and Khalid go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and like family. And the food is amazing! I ordered dinner in all 3 nights of my stay and was delighted each time. Eat on the luxurious rooftop and feel spoiled. ?And Khaifa is adorable. ?

Riad Chams is located in some twisty passageways. If you’re not familiar with the area it’s easy to feel lost, and one spot is particularly dark at night. The staff will be happy to help you, so ask for assistance if you’re unsure.

Was hoping the pool at the top would have been heated or at least hot from the sun

The staff here was amazingly helpful, kind, friendly. Youssef, in particular, was wonderful but everyone was, as they like to say, “family”. Also, the private hammam was the highlight of my stay.

If you’re allergic to cats, that may be an issue.

I think the rate of 9.1 is misleading. The location is at the end of 250m narrow and dark dead-end street and nearly impossible to find the entrance at first. It is ok to go to the Medina but not convenient if you want to go to the direction of the train station.I was a bit disappointed at the room. For the price I paid for I had expected cleaner and more comfortable room. It is a very basic room with old rugs and floor tiles which make it look dirty.

Very friendly staff and nice Riad. Good location within the medina, walking distance from most Marrakech sights. Adorable cat :)

Walking through the maze of alley ways to get to and from the Chams was disconcerting.
