Cons -
- Nothing. Did not stay at this Riad. Not a convenient location. You should check out this Riad before advertising on the internet. I would not recommend this for anyody. If anybody stays there, the value is around C$-- Thanks
- Extremely disgusting surroundings. You will find horrible people around that will try to scam you and the Riad do not have clear signals to guide you so they are probably organised to scam you. Never trust anyone around that say that the road is closed or anything, just follow google maps and try to find it yourself, but still very hard. Probably all places are the same so I will not blame only this Riad but the whole sh!t hole called Marrakesh
- Location was surprising at first!I was worried about getting lost and to get back at night. The staff was there 24/7 to help getting places or getting back at anytime. It’s 5 mins from jamaa el fna.

Very peaceful. Helpful staff. Nice room.
A little hard to find but that's expected in the Medina. I wonder if a message sent after booking on how to guide your driver and walk to the Riad would be helpful and ease uncertainty for first time visitors.
Great location right in the medina. Rooms were comfortable and staff were super helpful.
Traditional small Riad right in the heart of the Medina. Loved the large rooms and spectacular roof terraces. Staff so helpful
No hot water on second morning but this was solved same day
Breakfast was great
No heating available water wasn't hot in shower
The Ryad was delightful, especially the staff, they were so welcoming especially Karim who was extremely helpful with any questions I had, Meena who always asked if I needed anything, finally the wonderful cook who always had a smile on her face, and served up delicious food, especially breakfast. The room was always neat clean and tidy, after coming back from a morning trip, to even after having an afternoon siesta and returning in the night time, the room again had the bed made and clothes folded. Overall a wonderful stay.
The only little thing I would say, is that navigating your way back to the ryad is a little difficult if you don’t have a good sense of direction, which I don’t?
Very pretty riad. The location is perfect since it's just enough sheltered from the medina's crowd and noises, but at the same time, it's very close to everything. The room was well equipped.
The room internal noise isolation could be better.
This is our second visit to Riad Lorsya and again it was great, location is fabulous, short walk to the Main square through the Souks, and close to Le Jardin Secret which we really liked. The Riad is beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful roof terrace also.
We stayed in Eau de Rose room this time, the only thing I would say is if you have any mobility issues you may find the bed hard to get out of as it is sunken.
A wonderful place to stay, featuring a traditional riad with an incredible atmosphere and lovely decoration. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the visit.
The last night there was no hot water for shower.
Breakfast, location, room, decor.
Third bed in the room was not super comfortable.
The breakfast was very good, the staff amazing housekeepers very good too all congrats for that cultural place was amazing! something impressive the details of the building thanks you i hope the best for the great staff!
The worst part, after midnight the gates of medina center closes and the way looks like Impossible to comeback, and Google Maps cant work with that The Im Lost on town nothing about "Riad"Hotel just about the city place
our stay in the riad was nice overall. interior is really nice, staff is ok, location is good, clean, water pressure in shower is good, breakfast nice. despite our room was small, space of the riad is large. car parking is 5-10 minutes away.
small room, poor lighting, small swimming pool at ground floor in a dinning room.
The Riad is a great place. If you get there. That's a big "if". It's a stunning building, great facilities. But there are serious issues.
In the Medina there are serious issues. Immediate regulation by police required. Locals cordon off streets (witn official looking fences etc) but then "help" you home. Literally like a bad movie. The street scum will ruin this place, and nobody seems bothered. Simple solutions. More lighting, licensed guides, wifi (as there is none and nobody can afford wifi at 7gbp per mb!!) it places people at risk.
Setting , design , staff and proximity to places
Location was perfect, next to the music museum and 10 min walk to the main square.Breakfast was good - flatbreads, fruit, amazing olives and bread. The staff were lovely, Mustapha especially. Felt like family after a week. We’d often bump into them in the souks when they were off shift and were always greeted and offered help.Organised a private tour to Ourika valley which was lovely but more information about the tour would’ve been helpful. They made my sister an omelette in the morning for us to take with us for lunch due to dietary requirements!Terrace is beautiful with lovely plants and nice sunset views.
We asked for one room to be twin room which was confirmed at time of booking but was a double bed when we got there. We didn’t bother making them aware of this as wasn’t a huge deal.Have to let the riad know if lunch/dinner is required in the morning. A few afternoons we asked for afternoon snacks from the menu but no one was available to make the food.
Overall the best Riad I stayed at in Marrakesh. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very nice and vibey room / suite, superb breakfast. Location and especially value also great! Will definitely stay here again on my next Marrakesh visit.
Amazing hospitality. Super helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful rooms and rooftop.
Very beautiful riad in a good location in the medina, easy to navigate to the main square. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and cleaned daily. Class terraces to eat, have a glass of wine or relax at the end of the day. Simple breakfast but very welcome. We enjoyed our time at Riad Lorsya.
