Pros +
- Good walking location to modern sites and out of the way of the noisy Djmaa-el-Finaa market. Very easy to hail taxi near hotspots either walk 15 minutes or hail a cab to all keys sites like: Menara Mall, Train station, souks etc
- Tariq the concierge/ working the reception was the highlight of hotel, guy is attentive and active 100% of the time. Thank you brother
- The location is good ,the staff was very nice and welcoming, specially Aicha she was very friendly
Cons -
- However this happiness was short lived as there are nightclubs/music playing few doors way quite loud. Sheets dirty/brown blankets stained bit revolting. Pool is with main restaurant outdoor seating - no one is swimming when all eyes are on you!
- Bugs in the room. Cracked old walls and furniture. Too dirty.Bad sewage smell in the toilet coming till room. We had to flush atleast 20 times for the poop to be flushed. We did not take shower also as the smell was unbearable. Such hotels should be banned from booking.com
- Wifi bad , and no signal alot of times , cannot use wifi .breakfast was buffet but not we want available , but at the end it is good meal .

Nothing. It is too bad.1st they gave us a room which had constant noise coming in from a loose door on the terrace as the wind was blowing. upon asking that we only checked in late at night to be able to sleep, they moved us to another room which had disgusting sewage smell

Excellent service. The receptionist Ou maimo was very professional. The cleaning lady, Zahra was very sweet, very efficient, peofessional and artistic. The best experience I ever have.
The location very good , all streets around the hotel .
Wifi bad , and no signal alot of times , cannot use wifi .breakfast was buffet but not we want available , but at the end it is good meal .
I was coming to Marrakech after a very busy summer of work and was looking forward to resting and relaxing and I had a great opportunity to that at Hotel Oudaya. It is a nice hotel with a good complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, and clean rooms and public spaces. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular I want to mention, Nezha, the housekeeper that cleaned my room. Nezha, was wonderful and kind and made sure my room was cleaned and had fresh towels everyday.
Overall I was happy with the facilities, but a work out room would be nice
The price
We booked this hotel to have a room for an elderly lady to rest for a few hours during the day, as we were headed to the airport by 6 pm. We called the night before but the person at reception was rude. We arrived to the hotel at 12-13pm and asked for early check-in. They said no which is fine. They said check-in by 3 pm. We left and came back after 3 pm. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in. They finally gave us the key to the room by 5 pm after almost 2 hours of waiting with an elderly lady. She used the room for just 1 hour to rest before leaving to the airport and the bathroom was broken. If we had known we would have just paid for the VIP lounge at the airport.
Spacious room. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful breakfast.
Low lighting in room. TV had no watchable channels. Few towels.
Location
The hotel aspect of the stay was lovely. The spa and Hammam (first one ever) was disappointing. When we came into the spa, the girls working seemed disappointed that they had customers. The mat that we laid on for the Hammam smelled as if it wasn’t cleaned between sessions, and while we laid and waited, the pool music was loud and distracting and the workers were watching videos outside the room loudly, when we were escorted into the room for massage, we were left on the tables for over 10 minutes naked in the cold ac, and about 5 minutes into waiting, music was put on that started with a jarring commercial, commercials would interrupt the music every 15 minutes, and when the girls came into the room to massage us, they talked loudly for the first portion of the massage to each other. All in all it felt like they were just going through the motions and like we were doing them a disservice by being there. Unfortunately, I do not recommend and won’t be back.
Location Ms. Nadia “s housekeeping was outstanding. Ms . Souad in reception was highly helpful swimming pool staff was so helpful Breakfast was great
na
Well situated Friendly staffCleanliness (fine)
Swimming pool (too small so I didnt go there)Breakfast starts and finishes a bit early in the morning (had it once)Wifi didnt reach my room (3rd floor)No mini bar (asked for one with no response)
A nice room with a great western view of Marrakech from the upper floors. A comfortable bed, very clean, a great breakfast which is included with the stay. A 5 minute walk to the train station.
Nothing to report
The hotel is in a good location in the city. Additionally, the room was clean, thanks to the cleaning staff. Overall, the staff of the hotel was nice.
The worst thing about the hotel was the shower in the room. The water pressure was very weak, which made it difficult to take a proper shower. Another issue was the breakfast — it lacked variety and was quite simple.
Considering the fact that we booked this property in a hurry after our other accommodation got cancelled without prior notice. This hotel gave us an amazing reception. Location was perfectly situated at the centre making it easier to access the major tourist attraction sites
I stayed here for only one night, but the general expression was good. Tidy rooms and convenient location near the railway station, when I came by train. Breakfast was ok.
The check-in took very long because the receptionist did not concentrate on serving his customer but did everything else instead. The receptionist was also very pushy, demanding good ratings for he and his bell boy right after the check-in. If I remembered receptionist's name, I would sure give bad ratings.
Location was great. Room was good value for money. One girl on reception was helpful in printing out boarding. Staff were always out cleaning hallways and around pool area.
Room was outdated. Bathroom was clean but some stains on tiles. Bedding was clean. Was shown to room on arrival but really confusing to find again. Breakfast was ok- not many options and same every day. Room was quite noisy overnight- woken up 2 nights with people screaming. Spa experience was terrible- was dirty, cockroaches, birds in cages on treatment tables. Unsure if equipment was single use- left before end
Room and hotel facilities were clean and tidy
The shower took a long time to heat the water, I felt I was wasting a lot of waterThe dinner options were too restricted to fast food, I would like to have some other options.
Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience – A Complete Nightmare!
Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience – A Complete Nightmare!I would strongly advise anyone against booking this hotel – it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Marrakesh. We booked this property for 3 nights for 14 guests, and from the moment we arrived, it was nothing short of a disaster. There was no hot water throughout our stay, the lift was out of service, and the hotel offered no proper common area or basic amenities to move around comfortably. The entire place felt shady, poorly maintained, and completely unwelcoming. What made matters worse was the rude and unapologetic attitude of the staff – absolutely no effort was made to address any of our concerns or offer any kind of solution. It was truly a shame on the hotel’s management to show such negligence towards its guests. Despite raising our issues multiple times, no action was taken, and we ended up wasting our huge sum of money for 3 nights with no compensation or even a basic apology. Eventually we moved our group to Ambassador Hotel near by and paid extra. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this property – do not make the same mistake we did. This place does not deserve a single penny of your hard-earned money. There are far better hotels in Marrakesh, but this one is an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry.Save yourself the disappointment – avoid this hotel at all costs!
The hotel is great and rooms are nice and clean.
Please avoid the paiment at the hotel I had the amount that I will pay on booking and when I arrived to the hotel they asked me to pay more than what is in booking amont I had on booking 314€ and they asked me to pay 3422 Mad I asked to pay on € and they didn't accepted and they asked me to go out and change money to Mad than give them 3422 Mad that was not the normal rate so they are cheating on change. Rate and they add 220 Mad that's mean 21 € more . I try to call the reservation system but no answer. So please avoid paiment at the reception.
